Wow 🤩 what an amazing company to deal with from enquiry through to delivery and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Following enquiry I was visited to have a test of a chair and my measurements taken chose the fabric and clear next steps explained. When the material o chose wasn’t available I was contacted and chose another. On the day of delivery Simon and Kyle came what a pair of lovely lads they installed everything explained everything went through the support details and delivered me the cutest bear and biscuits in a box. They even offered to move the chair that was being returned to the hospital. Absolutely amazing I am a home dialysis patient and this chair is life changing. Thank you 🙏 to all of you for everything I can’t wait to recommend you to my fellow friends who dialyse at home

From the time of the demonstrating of the dual bed to the delivery the service was excellent. The new bed was delivered as promised and our old bed carefully removed.
The electronics were explained to us and we are loving the beds and the comfort for my spinal condition. The massage option is well worth having. Fifteen relaxing minutes before facing the day!

Excellent price fixed with a competent salesman who was not pushy. Delivery as per schedule. The fitters were excellent finished in double quick time. Very helpful.

Following almost two months of sleeping on the floor after buying a "mobility bed" from Grosvenor Mobility, I have finally received a Section 75 refund of over £5,000 from my credit card provider.
​When I raised issues, the company obtained a report claiming there were no defects. However, my independent counter-report proved completely the opposite: the bed was actually dangerous to use. To target marketing toward people with disabilities and then handle issues this way is unacceptable.
​Important notes for potential buyers:
​Incentivized Reviews: They offer rewards/prizes for leaving Trustpilot reviews, which explains their high rating here. Check independent consumer forums for a more accurate picture.
​Product Quality: The "bespoke" furniture arrived with zero manufacturing labels and, upon inspection, featured a standard mattress rather than anything custom-made.
​Please protect yourselves: get independent advice and ensure you have a family member or friend with you if you have their salespeople visit your home.

To clarify for potential customers reading this: My credit card provider legally upheld my Section 75 claim and refunded over £5,000 precisely because my independent counter-report proved the bed was defective and dangerous—directly contradicting your assessment. Section 75 is a statutory legal remedy for breach of contract; the bank reviewed the evidence from both sides and ruled in my favor.
​I also notice that your response completely fails to address the fact that this "bespoke" furniture arrived with zero manufacturing labels and a standard mattress. Your silence on these product quality issues—and your review incentives—speaks volumes.

Kevin Shaw was a pleasure to deal with—honest, straightforward, and no hard selling. The demo was excellent and covered everything clearly, including size, weight, and product details, making it an easy and pleasant experience.

Friendly, Polite and very helpful

I have been having terrible pain in my neck arms and legs. I have struggled to sleep or even get comfortable in my own bed. I decided to order this bed. The day it arrived I had hardly slept for 3 days. It is hard to describe but this new bed seems to shape itself to my body. Also I can change my sleeping position by raising either end of the bed. I have had a good nights sleep every night since it arrived. I am still suffering a lot of pain during the day but at least I can get a good nights sleep every night. I am not sure I could have carried on much longer without sleep. The service from these people is wonderful. They put the bed together and show you how to use it and get rid of the old bed.

I’m absolutely delighted with my two chairs. It was so helpful to be measured and be confident that I was spending my money wisely!
They were so understanding that I had to delay my delivery. All through the process I felt that my convenience really mattered.
On delivery day the two men arrived spot on time and made sure that my chairs were in the correct place and I was comfortable. I could not fault the service that I received from start to finish.

I have just had my recliner delivered from Grosvenor Mobility , from start to finish Grosvenor have been excellent , Daniel who came to tell me all about the products was very thorough with his information , answered any questions asked , any concerns i had he addressed, he did not push me to buy, just waited til i had decided on a purchase , when my recliner was delivered today, once again they were efficient , helpful and took time to explain everything ,i would have no hesitation in using this company again and would certainly recommend them

We contacted Grosvenor to ask for a demo of chairs, and this first contact was helpful and friendly. The demonstrator, Kevin Shaw, arrived in time and we were immediately impressed by his approach, professional and personal, not pushy at all but making sure we had all the info we needed and helping us with his experience to make our choices of style and colour. He took great care to ensure the chairs would indeed be 'bespoke' and fit our lifestyle.

After researching adjustable beds we contacted Grosvenor Mobility and the professionalism from first contact to delivery we could not fault anything.
Alex arrived at our property and demonstrated the bed, and took time to discuss any issues we were concerned about. Nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery went smoothly, and the two guys made sure we were happy with the bed and explained how to operate the electric controls.
We have had follow up telephone calls asking if we're happy and offering further help with any problems we may be experiencing.
