We had an excellent experience with our sales person Chris Brown, Grosvenor Mobility when arranging a new bed for my mum. He was professional and showed genuine empathy and listened carefully to mum's needs. He explained all the options clearly.

I’m would recommend Grosvenor Mobility. We bought two Riser recliners from them. The demonstrator was very good and explained everything very well. I thought the initial price quoted was very excessive. They did have a two for one offer on and then we managed to get the total price for the two chairs down to what I had expected. The time from placing the order to receiving the chairs was what they promised and the delivery men were clean and polite and did a great job removing the old chairs and all the rubbish before demonstrating the new chairs. I thought it was great service.

Was not told what chair I was actually purchasing i said my spend limit was £2000. At which point the rep
rang.the office and said they could supply one £1295 there.was a half price sale on at the time so i thought.it was a bargain . Couple of days later I rang.the cthe company to ask what chair I had purchased and for photo.of same. This chair caused me more health problems
As what I'd asked for was not what I got.
Expected to be shown what i.was purchasing beforehand. Though this was a trusted company . I actually had to get rid of the chair thereby losing £1500 . Not a very professional experience from a company who advertise your comfort is our.priority.this was early 2026 do not now have exac5 dare as all correspondence binned in digust

From start to finish Darrel demonstrated to me the use of a bed that is made to measure from Grosvenor
As I have trouble moving my legs and I had to employ Carers to help me to get into bed and out of bed all the time,until Darrel explained to me that my bed was way way too high for me and the mattress was far too soft for me. So with a Grosvenor bed it’s hopefully going to be a perfect fit as I am waiting for it being made to measure for me. Oh I’m so excited and looking forward to being in my new bed.Hopefully I will be able to tell you all about my first night in my new bed.
But you can’t go past Grosvenor beds and chairs for they are simply the best for me and I have thought about a new chair but this time a made to measure chair with Darrel Parker helping me every step of the way.

A man called Chris Brown from Grosvenor mobility came to my Mums house recently to demonstrate a new chair for her. He was very friendly, kind and took into account all her needs to make the new chair comfortable for her. She was put at ease and after a couple of hours of sorting things out she ordered a new chair! We would definitely recommend this company for anybody wanting to purchase a chair or furniture.

Decided it was time for a new riser recliner chair so contacted Grovenor for further information. Chris Brown visited us from the company with his demonstration chair. After demonstration and discussing my needs i was able to place an order . Chris was very pleasant and helpful and ensuring my needs where met. Looking forward to receiving it.

Product and delivery excellent. Simon and Nathan were very helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We were very impressed firstly at the courtesy of Darrel and also at his knowledge and understanding of my needs. He knew everything I required to help assist me in making my life more comfortable and hopefully to ease my everyday struggles with my mobility. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable, he made me feel very at ease and it was about my needs and not just a sales pitch. Customer care was impeccable. The lady we spoke to on the telephone booking the appointment was very helpful and efficient and also the lady who followed up to make sure our needs had been met. Cameron was excellent. He took time to patiently show the product to my mum and made her feel very at ease despite her not being well today. He also took time to reach the best possible deal for mum by working with his colleagues at Grosvenor Mobility.

Alex who demonstrated the product in my home and the two delivery drivers who set up my purchase and explained everything were all very helpful and knowledgeable.
