Previously posted 5*revue for sales team unfortunately after sales experience did not match.
It soon became apparent that the mattresses recommended did not provide the support we required and which we had previously enjoyed with our previous mattress. Despite frequent requests for this to be rectified all that we were told was that we would have to pay £400 per mattress despite having invested £3,000 on the bed. Hence my revised rating for the after sales service.

Happy with the chair. Service was swift and efficient, from first to last. Simon, the gentleman who delivered it was extremely helpful, personable and patient, spending time explaining and making sure we were comfortable with everything. He did not rush us and certainly seemed to go the extra mile.
Would recommend.

The two delivery men were so helpful and cheerful. Shane and Jack were quick and polite and explained what they were doing.
So far my chair is comfortable and good quality. It’s also a lovely colour.
I’m now on day 4 of using my chair and my initial comfort has gone downhill.
The padding in the seat feels as if it’s thinner after I’ve sat in it for a few days. The lumbar support isn’t as good as day 1 and there a strange grinding noise when I recline it. I’m going to phone them in the morning as my back is hurting more.

Excellent service, really pleased with my chair. It's very well made. The people on the phone were very helpful and polite. The delivery staff were very helpful and explained how to use the chair control.

Kevin shaw was very polite and professional in showing me how to use the chair, he took the time to go through all the features.

Good home visit experience with straightforward ordering.
Bed delivery was quick with bed soon installed.
Night time is now bliss !!!

Initially, with a telephone call within hours of my request for a catalogue, I was a bit concerned and thought how desperate they must be. My fears were soon allayed, though.
The following day, a representative of the company came to our house with a demonstration adjustable bed and explained how it could help our medical conditions.
As a result, we ordered a bed and were a little disappointed to find out that we had to wait six weeks for it to be made—but it was well worth the wait. I am getting much better and deeper sleep than I have had for years.
Two very impressive things were the punctuality and skill of the installers—it took them an hour, and all we had to do was make the bed at the end of it. And the other thing has been the follow-up service to make sure everything has been ok for us.
The bed is perfect, the service brilliant, and the staff amazing.

We love the adjustable bed. My husband has difficulty getting out of bed and this is going to make his life so much easier.

Very friendly agent who came and fully measured us for the size of the chairs we needed. Provided all the information we needed. Lots of options for style and material. Delivery staff were very careful, arrived early and gave us a demo of our chairs, ensuring everything was fine before leaving.
1 star down as we had to chase our chairs as they were late, but they then arrived the following day.

The service from the representative to explain everything was very helpful and I decided to buy a new bed.
The delivery men were also helpful and it was erected very quickly.
Difficulty sleeping on the first few nights as I kept falling down the bed but am getting more used to it now.

Simon and James couldn’t have been more helpful. They were careful and efficient and took their time advising me with every advantage of my new bed

Cameron arrived on time. The home demonstration was excellent and the price agreed we were very happy with. Cameron was professional and very knowledgeable but also went above and beyond exceeding expectations!

There team everyone from the person on the phone to the salesman who came out to show me the chairs and the delivery men and after sales staff are very good explaining things and the chair I brought is well worth the money I would recommend them to anyone

Excellent help and advice from salesman Chris. No pressure. Delivery timescale as estimated. Happy so far with the finished product, quality and appearance as expected. Delivery and setting up new furniture was carefully carried out by Jay and Dee, as was the removal of the items being replaced. Overall very professional service.

Cameron was exceptional in helping us find the right chairs for us both. Very friendly and went out of his way to help us.

My whole experience with grovneror mobility has been amazing. I did ring and spoke to a lovely lady and she managed to get my delivery date in 2 days from ringing. I was kept updated from Simon the delivery guy. With Simon and Kyle were brilliant. Very friendly. Explained everything. They took care of bringing all the bed into my home. They took all the rubbish away with them. Both Simon and Kyle worked well together. They both deserve a medal for all the hard work they do. I am really happy with my new bed. I highly recommend grosvenor mobility. Definitely 5*

Guy came out, spent a long time with my dad putting him at ease and getting his measurements. Delivery was quick and on time. The delivery guy talked slowly to my dad about the controls. Couldn't be happier
