After researching adjustable beds we contacted Grosvenor Mobility and the professionalism from first contact to delivery we could not fault anything.
Alex arrived at our property and demonstrated the bed, and took time to discuss any issues we were concerned about. Nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery went smoothly, and the two guys made sure we were happy with the bed and explained how to operate the electric controls.
We have had follow up telephone calls asking if we're happy and offering further help with any problems we may be experiencing.

I sent request 1 night and just after 9am received a phone call arranging for an appointment that afternoon. Steven came and gave a great demonstration as well as information. We decided to go ahead and he found that there was a bed already made and in stock at a good price which fitted what we wanted. He told us that delivery would be 7/14 days. In fact it arrived in 5 days. Kyle and James did a great job. Everything was done professionally from phone calls to the final installation. Grosvenor are one of the best companies I have dealt with and if you need mobility they are the ones to go to.

I love my new bed it’s very comfortable and the two men were very good at their job and I love my teddy bear I will cherish it forever hope to buy from you again in the future

The representative arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. The riser-recliner chair was made to measure and is sturdy, well-made and comfortable.

The new bed turned up at the prearranged time. It was quickly assembled and demonstrated and all packaging removed. Completed in less than an hour.
Our only disappointment was the inconvenience of an extended delivery lead time. It was quoted as 4-6 weeks but it ended up being 8 weeks. The excuse of bank holidays causing a works production delay was dubious, as there had only been one day bank holiday prior to the original delivery date.

I had Kevin Shaw visit me today and previous bad experience with a rise and recliner chair did a full demonstration and was very happy and professional and was happy to place an order. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My husband and I approached buying a custom made riser recliner with trepidation but straight away we were put at our ease. The representative was professional and alerted us to various options which we would not have otherwise considered regarding my husband’s height and disability. We are very pleased with the chair and delivery was as stated when we ordered.

Fantastic company from start to finish, very impressed with their service. Cameron the sales guy who came out in the beginning and demonstrated the bed for us, he was fab, very professional. The people on the phone like Jo who answered any queries, the two guys who delivered the bed and showed us how to work the bed and took all the rubbish away.
We wanted the bed moved over and I phoned the next day and that afternoon someone came out and moved it for us! Brilliant local company and would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We had been looking to replace two very elderly manual recliners for a while and after a lot of enquiries to a variety of companies we decided to approach Grosvenor Chairs. We had seen some chairs we knew would be cheaper from some companies but we now needed made to measure chairs that would suit our varied mobility issues for the present and the future. We have not been disappointed. Following a visit to demonstrate what Grosvenor could offer each of us and to take Individual measurements, we agreed to purchase two riser recliners and the order went in. We were given an estimated date that the chairs would be ready for delivery and that timing was accurate. The two fitters who came out to remove our old chairs and set up and show us how to use the new ones were EXCELLENT. At each stage we have been contacted by the Company to check everything was satisfactory. It has been a smooth, easy process and we are both extremely pleased with the comfort the chairs are giving us. RP

Great experience from start to finish. The consultant was on time and very friendly. I had a list of questions but didn't need to ask them as he explained everything fully. Loads of options we hadn't considered, and completely made to measure. We bought 2 riser recliners and they were delivered ahead of schedule. The delivery was very good, they removed our old chairs and fully explained how the new chairs worked and made sure we could use them properly before they left. We were a little concerned as they were a big outlay for us but the chairs are excellent, well made and very sturdy, so very good value for money. We could feel the difference to our old ones as soon as we started to use them. Only been a week but already couldn't live without them. Heartily recommend

Salesman was honest and attentive to my needs. The delivery men were on time and were efficient and tidy.

On friday 22nd may guy came out measured bedroom for new bed problem was we needed it ASAP as my husband has terminal cancer, guy rang office explained stituation and office said they had one that had been used for a photo shoot as there normaly made to order anyway today thursday 28th may bed is installed guys were great efficient and did the job very well cant praise this company enough thankyou so much to all the staff they have been brillant in very difficult times

Excellent company to deal with! From the very knowledgeable first visit from Mark, the Customer service help, and the excellent delivery men Simon and James, who dismantled old bed and installed new one giving me full demo and explanation, in record time! Which was so appreciated as being mostly bedbound had to make myself scarce! Will report further when I've road tested bed more as only had 2 days.
