Simon and James were very polite and kind. The beds that we ordered were built quickly and they gave us a thorough guide on how the bed works

It started off well, salesman came and had the speech and diagrams to show how great the bed is especially with those with nerve damage. Unfortunately, has not really improved wife’s way of life. The team that delivered the bed Simon and James were polite and very efficient. The reason for the rating comes down to communication from the company and within the company. We requested that delivery could be after 14:00. This is due to my wife’s health and a protected time for her rest. The company booked an 11:00 to 13:00 slot. I then tried to change this and asked for a call back if it was something that could be done. I did not receive any call back and ended up calling them again only to be told it will not be changed. Finally we ordered a bed rail, again to help with my wife’s condition only to discover they did not supply it when the bed arrived. We were then told it will be delivered in 48 hours again I had to phone to chase this. Overall bed looks nice and works well it is the companies communication between customers and the team that needs improvement.

Really helpful team with a lot of good advice. The bed is really comfortable and very easy to use.

First of all I never thought that I would need mobility items at 56 but I do due to having osteoarthritis in my 30's then on top of that finding out January 2025 that I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis had a few quotes for a rise and recline chair then came across Grosvenor Mobility, read people's reviews, looked up about the company and decided to call and get a quote and demonstrator was able to come out the next day , I had the pleasure of meeting Cameron who was a very pleasant and polite man and they even bring a chair or bed out with them for you to test and for them to take measurements as it's made to fit you and what you want on it bonus .they even discount money for taking your old chair or bed away bonus again, the delivery men who were Simon and James were very polite and took care in getting in my flat and where I wanted it they demonstrated it and made me test it to make sure I was happy with my chair.
Would definitely recommend A++++ , a very good experience from beginning to end and I even received a thankyou gift in a box from them on delivery date.
I am returning back to them next year for my adjustable bed that's a definite.

In February this year I bought a Grosvenor Mobility rise and recliner chair. From the first telephone call the staff were very polite and a home demonstration was booked. I received no pressure to buy and the rep Mark was very helpful. I chose a chair that also has heat and massage and use this element 2/3 times a day which definitely helps with my arthritis pain. I have had my chair for nearly three months now and would not be without it. Many thanks to all at Grosvenor and especially to Mark who helped me to choose this chair.

I needed a Rise and Recline chair and the whole experience from a home demonstration, with a good choice of quality fabrics was exceptional. Delivery was great and I am so happy I chose this company. My made to measure chair is perfect, the quality first class and I can now sit in comfort and already have reduced pain in my back. A very professional and helpful company that I will definitely recommend.

Customers with a pacemker should not use the massage unit
This was not made clear at the sales pitch. In my case.

From start of ordering to the installation of the chair everything was excellent. The staff were very professional and helpful. My wife is now getting familiar with the chair and is very happy.

Courteous and friendly.
Quality product. First time I have slept in a bed in two years and is a big improvement. It is an expensive item but I think it will be a good investment.
Only reduced one star as cable and controller awkward to use. Some form of pocket at higher level might be better.

Grosvenor Mobility is the full package. From the first telephone call to the delivery of my chair it was perfect. The whole team work so well. My delivery was efficient. They were friendly and informative. I am overwhelmed with everything about Grosvenor Mobility and would recommend them for their professionalism and great product.

Kevin Shaw was extremely helpful and professional and friendly today. He totally assessed my needs adequately and adapted the chair to suit my needs and was genuinely concerned about how I would feel in it

My Mom had her bed and mattress delivered yesterday and the mattress is not what she ordered. The one supplied is a hard mattress and Mom ordered a deluxe memory soft. Mom had a terrible night's sleep and ended up sleeping on the sofa and has spoken to your customer service today regarding the mattress. At nearly £6000 for a single electric bed and mattress, you would think the order would be correct especially when it was rushed through according to the rep who came to my mom's home to demonstrate the beds. The mattress she ordered cannot be delivered until Friday this week. Mom will have to have two more uncomfortable nights' sleep due to your error with the order. I have since spoken with this company and because the mattress was ordered incorrectly and the bed is not of very good quality it is being returned and a refund is being issued.

The delivery was excellent Arrived on time The 2, delivery staff were friendly and helpful demonstrating the features of the chair very patient ith my husband The chair is very well made the colour true to the sample Swatch and fits in with our existing suite Kevin demonstrated the sample chair very well and his explanation of the chair helped us to purchase it We received a follow up call from John the aftercare team. Happy to recommend to friends and family

I had an issue with my chair being out of warranty but needing a new control panel, the guys were really helpful and came up with a replacement which was sent to me the next day. It's good to deal with a company that follows through with it's promises and are friendly and helpful.

The rep delivered exactly what he promised, took the old bed away and built the new beds. I am very happy with the purchase. 2 x adjustable beds. *****

Despite a hiccup on the first attempted delivery everything was fine when the delivery was finally made and had there been no hiccups in the first place they would have received five stars

Another huge shout out to Simon and James for their flawless assembly of my bed and for being so accommodating to my friend (has Dementia), whilst installing his bed. He's a very happy chappy.

Of course, the final piece of our happiness was receiving a cute 🧸 and biscuits!

Great sales man who visited great product and delivery excellent only let down was the customer service
