The first thing that comes to me is the workers who came were very good and very good at their job and I was really impressed with their work

I purchased my Rise Recliner chair in July 2025. It cost £5k but after a think about it I decided not to proceed with purchase but was talked into proceeding when price was dropped to £3k. When it arrived unknown to me the back rest cushions were put in back to front and the neck support didn’t do much. After-sales came and sorted the cushions. The representative said that a credit for the the neck support be forth coming - it wasn’t. To be honest I don’t find the chair at all comfortable ! Today, my controller went faulty and although the chair is under guarantee Customer Service responded by putting a replacement in the post for my husband to fit - personally not happy because husband is Registered Partally Sighted (too proud to decline their request but he says he’ll do his best) - once done I’ve decided to sell the chair on. Costly Lesson Learned.

The agent was courteous and very thorough in his attention to my needs in terms of comfort and fit of the riser recliner chair and in the correct measurements taken to ensure it was a perfect fit.
The delivery was excellent,earlier than estimated and again everything was checked it was to my satisfaction and made sure I was confident using the chair before they left.The chair is comfortable and has certainly helped me to stand more easily.

The gentlemen that brought my bed were really polite, it was put together quickly and demonstrated to make sure it all was working. I'm very pleased with it and had a good night's sleep.

I have given 5 stars as we are very pleased with the electric bed and the delivery guys were very courteous and understanding of mum's needs. However, I felt pressurised by the Salesrep in making a decision on the spot which I refused to do as I already knew I wanted to buy the bed.

From my initial contact with Grovsenor to the installation of my bed I was treated with efficiency, knowledge and care. A demonstration bed was brought out to my home, I was Shown how to use the bed and how it could help me getting in and out of bed. I was given a time frame for the making and delivery of my bed which was upheld. I was informed at each stage of my delivery.
I can only say now that the first night in my bed I had the best night's sleep for several years, the mattress was like a cocoon around my body. I would recommend Grovsenor beds to anyone with mobility problems.

Steve, the rep was lovely. He wasn't pushy like some reps are and catered for my dad's needs. Also lowered the price to make it more affordable. Very professional service from start to finish and dad loves his new recliner! It's very well made and the material looks fabulous. Well done Grosvenor, made to measure quality chair that's built to last!

Although price was higher than expected when ordering, the end result is great & while I'm sure whoever reads this will be as equally sceptical about this review as I am when reading positive feedback both my partner & I are absolutely pleased with our new bed & if anything we only wished we had ordered sooner.

Pete who came to demonstrate the bed was very polite and respectfull The two men delivered my bed were very efficient and quick .The bed itself is very comfortable and worth every penny. So those thinking about buying a bed --‐-go ahead you will not regret it .

We're really pleased with the chair we got for our mum. The men who delivered it were really helpful and friendly with her.

We feel we was mis-sold a rising reclining chair, we was assured the chair would last a lot longer than any other shop brought chair and worth the double in price cost. The chair broke within 4 years but over the 3 year warranty, the bottom foot rising bit is no longer straight and at an angle. I called Grosvenor first time to see if one of their repair team could repair at a charge to us, this was a definite no but gave a number to call who explained call out charges etc then when I explained what was wrong they advised to send photos to grosvenor and purchase a part but they still may not be able to repair and could end up with no working chair at all.
I did try to find someone independent to come and look at repairing the chair without success.
I then called Grosvenor again and spoke to Tony who advised how the chair has possibly broke (we disagree that any of these has happened) and quoted £1400 for the part and fixing and that was all he could do. We're very disappointed this is the case an we can purchase a shop brought for 1400 and have a new chair every 2 years. The original cost of chair was £3000.00

No doubt the equipment supplied by Grosvenor is good but hat advert turns me right off and I have doubt other as well. He has no expression in his voice or his face, It is dreadful.

will bring a chair to your home and show you how it works and let you try out the chair.will explain what extras you might like to buy ie reading light,the staff were i spoke to the phone were polite and helpful Donna i spoke to several times delivery time was as expected six weeks James and Simon who delvered the chairs were brilliant..One thing i would say is do not take the first price offered they will come down in price.i would use them again

When my daughter requested a catalogue from Grosvenor for her gran for a bed and chair.every one at Grosvenor was very nice and helpful.my mum got her bed and chair on Wednesday the 27 of March and the delivery was excellent

We have had 2 visits from darrly who brought the bed in to show us how it all worked and went through all the mattress options and even gave us some good advice about sleeping positions and pillow choices. He was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had chosen exactly what we needed for our medical needs and he fully explained what would happen after we had placed the order and then we got a follow up call to make sure everything was OK and that we were happy with everything. I look forward to receiving our bed from them and i couldnt recommend them highly enough. Thanks for all the help
