Heat Outdoors Opiniones

We bought the Shadow 3kW ULG Remote heaters for the outdoor areas at our business. The heat output is very good and they look very stylish. We would have chosen the 4kW version for our space but a conversation with the people at Heat Outdoors persuaded us that the 3kW would be adequate and they were quite right.
I would recommend Heat Outdoors to anyone wanting to find ways to warm up their outdoor spaces.

Excellent A- Z service, very swift customer service, quick delivery, outstanding products, very happy with all the heaters I purchased! I have purchased so far 8 different heaters for my businesses, high recommend!

From the website to delivery of our heaters, i can't fault Heat Outdoors. Even better that they're a family run business.

We have two Shadow Fatboy heaters on our poolside (small commercial swimming pool) and two of the smaller versions (in the changing rooms to beat the post swim chills) both with soft press buttons to run them on timers.

Infra-red heating is genuis for a few reasons but the main ones being low cost to run & instant heat but that's not unsafe like fire or gas.

Aesthetically they look great, always packed well, delivery is swift, parts are readily available, quality is excellent and they office staff are lovely.

Recently purchased another Shadow Heater, product is ideal for our requirements and as usual very easy to order. Staff always helpful and prompt with the replies.

Absolutely outstanding service - friendly, helpful and fast delivery. Would be very happy to buy from again. Highly recommend.

This is clearly a company that cares about its customers. I won’t go into details but I was treated fairly and they resolved my issue better than I was expecting. I’m very pleased I found them. Yeah you can get similar cheaper but you get what you pay for and they sell high quality goods. I’m just a home user but they value custom regardless of volume. Don’t hesitate to use them.

I heard about the company from a colleague and order a Fatboy patio heater for our workshop. It arrived the following day and is an amazingly efficient heater. The day after I decided I needed a stand and they were happy to include for no charge an extension flex. A great company with excellent service. Highly recommended.

We ordered 4 heaters for our small animal care teaching unit. To say we are happy with the service from this company is an understatement - from placing the order, the customer service to the swift delivery of our quality products, they really are second to none! A very rare experience in this current climate.
Thanks Again!

Fantastic products and absolutely wonderful customer care ( not something you can often say! )
Couldn't receive more highly.

Efficient quick ordering and speedy delivery. Heat-Outdoors Sherpa Patio Heaters have proven to be excellent value, work really well and the bronze colour is really smart looking. Now giving us much warmth and pleasure on our patio. Thanks. John Burke

Ordered a patio heater and it arrived quickly and worked well. Very pleased.

I would recommend using this company, their pre-sales advice through to post delivery follow up, cannot be faulted. Product was exactly as needed.

Bought two Santini gas patio heaters, unbelievable amount of heat generated. Great for colder nights when sitting outside.
Great company, helpful staff and very competitive on cost.
Steve.

I have used heat outdoors for the last few years on many occasions for outdoor electric heaters for our restaurant and the service is excellent.
We are situated in Guernsey so its difficult to get spares here and they do not waste to time in getting any orders delivered here very quickly.
An amazing company.

After researching electric patio heaters I decided on the family run business because of all the positive reviews. I discussed my requirements by phone & emailed pictures of my metal gazebo. The next day I was sent a link with suitable heaters which could be suspended from the ceiling.
I received the heater sooner than expected. I am absolutely delighted I took their advice and recommendation; it is perfect. It is suspended from the ceiling & the heat output is amazing. It is so stylish! I love it when we received compliments; of which there has been many.

Bought a shadow wall mounted heater. Delivered promptly, installed with no hassle, spits out a lot of heat. Does what it claims to do.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. Everything from the very first telephone call to the heaters arriving has been a truly positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend these heaters, they are excellent and Heat Outdoors. A company who truly know the meaning of customer service.

Bought the firepit & gas cover & really impressed with the both the build quality & aesthetics. Have now used it on several occasions. Ordered and delivered within 3 days.

Fantastic heater and hood videos online for assembly.
