Heat Outdoors Opiniones

Absolutely brilliant service! The product itself (Tulip Gas outdoor fire) was vastly reduced in price compared to other, less reputable websites, but is fantastic. The service I received was excellent - I had noticed an error in my delivery address, but when I called, I spoke to Ruth who looked into this for me, sorted it out and issued out my deliver immediately. The fire arrived 2 days later and is brilliant. I highly recommend this company.

Bought 2 Shadow 1.5 kwinfra red wall heaters earlier this year. Delighted with the purchase. I was unsure of what wattage and quantity I needed. Contacted Heat Outdoors who gave excellent advice based on my outdoor requirements. Heaters arrived promptly and work brilliantly giving warmth outside under our awning. Very pleased.

Hi I bought a pizza oven from this company I have to say that I'm very happy and impressed with the oven
Makes lovely pizzas.
And I have to say that they are very helpful people on the other end of the phone should you need to speak to anyone for help. Highly recommend
Kind regards
Alan

Really impressed with this piece of kit.
Cooks pizza great and meats similarly. Small footprint
, easily stored. What’s not to like !

The friendly helpful response by Ruth to my query about a possible problem with my patio heater was outstanding. Quickly she connected me with martin on the technical side who diagnosed the spare that I required.

I bought a fairly expensive item from this company and had some queries when it arrived, which they resolved, quickly, with expertise, friendliness and professionalism. I dealt with Martin and Ruth and they were both brilliant. I couldn't have been more impressed. Bravo!

After an initial teething problem with our pizza oven, Ruth sorted things out for us incredibly quickly. Her communication throughout was excellent. The oven itself is absolutely first class and has actually exceeded our expectations. Delighted with the overall experience and a great example of wonderful customer service. Thanks guys.

Saw the deal for a gas pizza oven and included pizza paddle and thought it was worth a try as a joint birthday present to each other. The order was received very quickly with no problems.
After working out that we needed to put a battery in the igniter, we got it up and running easily and tried it out on a less than warm day. We need a bit of practice but Heat Outdoors were encouraging and had videos to help with how best to use it.
Follow up comms has been good and I get the impression that they are glad to help out if we had any problems, which we haven't had.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again the next time we need something similar.

The pizza oven is fantastic value for money, really well made, gives out an amazing heat to make tasty pizzas and the deal with a pizza peel and cover was brilliant value for money. Dispatched very quickly and well packaged to prevent damage. Great aftercare and follow up as well, would highly recommend Heat Outdoors

Having seen the gas-fired OutDoor Heaters in action at a venue, we ordered two of them - and have been thoroughly delighted. The build quality and clever engineering produce a reliable and almost instant heat output. We plan to purchase a third unit. They are that good!

Excellent service - the outside pizza oven is superb value for money - would fully tecommend at full price but at this current price cannot be missed.

Excellent company to deal with

I mis-ordered. The support and efficiency in guiding me through the return & re-order was superb. thank you

Delighted with our Pizza oven, excellent value with some great results, despite our lack of experience at making pizzas.
Good communication, quick delivery and follow-up afterwards to ensure all was OK, great company to deal with.
