Great service. I had put some paint on click and collect and arrived with my baby. The gentleman serving me was very kind and brought the paint to my car and helped me put it in the boot. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience working with Ednan on designing kitchens for two apartments. He went above and beyond to ensure that the design met our needs and preferences. His attention to detail and creativity truly enhanced the spaces. We highly recommend Ednan for any kitchen design projects.

Excellent value and service
Excellent value and service. The item was ready to collect in less than 30 mins, which was very handy as I could collect it on my travels. The customer service representative was very helpful in loading the bulky item into my car. Her assistance was very much appreciated. Many thanks.

Cheapest price, Very nice shop
Walked into a very light and airy shop (bradford 5 Lane ends) Asked a member of staff for click and collect and within minutes was given my strimmer. Very good price for the product. Surprised theirs not more of these locally as it's easier to navigate the shop than the congested rival of theirs.

Hi damage
Hi. The item was ready for collection and there looked to be no damage to the box. Once I started to assemble it I found several parts had got bent. I have tried to contact Homebase but got no reply. I am not happy that I can't contact anyone about the damage.

Above and beyond!
Chris, Cain, the lady on the tills, and the one who helped us return an unwanted order (I'm sorry I didn't get a chance for your names).. They were all fabulous! we bought some outdoor seating and really didn't like the look of it, but whilst we were in store, we found one we loved. They did the return and helped us get the other one into our car... Great group of people in this shop who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you very much!

I would like to thank Rayan at Homebase, Enterprise Retail Park, Bradford, BD10 8EG for his assistance on 31st July. The item I wanted was on show but out of stock. However he heard a delivery had just arrived and found my it was now available. He was friendly, polite, helpful, professional and just very lovely. He helped me get everything into the car. Homebase are very lucky to have such an employee.
