The 2 guys at Homebase were really helpful. It was a big package - a gardennmsofa & 2 chairs. They wheelednit out to my car, loaded it in & made sure ut would travel safely. Couldn't have done it without them.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant at click and collect.

Easy to order on line the barbecue wasn’t available at Bradford but was delivered the next day from another store excellent quick service ordered click and collect which was very easy

Forces you to sign up to do anything on their website with a pop up screen but you can type a fake address, impossible to get in contact by phone saying they are all busy, how are you meant to check if they have what you want in stock without wasting your time going to the store for them not to have it in stock

The two assistants at the store were amazing - helpful and polite. I was faced with a single massive box of garden furniture that wouldn’t go in my van, they helped me unpack the box and fit all the bits in the car!

Click and collect was great. Sadly unit was damaged and screws were missing. Pleased with customer service - replaced damaged piece and provided screws. Staff were polite and helpful.

I visited Homebase in Idle, Bradford yesterday and I was impressed by the help and kindness of the staff.

In particular Chris was impressive with his knowledge of the products I was enquiring about and he helped me lift the heavy items into the trolley I’d purchased and also lifted them into my car for me. He was extremely kind.

I enjoy visiting the store as it’s modern and pleasant to wonder around.

The staff always smile and welcome customers to the store and are very friendly and welcoming.

Robert at the 5 lane ends store went above and beyond yesterday , helping us to fit everything in the car and generally providing great service.

Paid a visit to Homebase at Enterprise 5 today, and was struggling to find the repair parts I needed. A staff member named Chris came to my rescue. Found me what I needed, a very kind and helpful young man. Thank you once again Chris.

The staff at the Idle store were very helpful Indeed, they took the time even to look into the storeroom to see if they had any left even when their computer said 1 left they doubled checked 😄

The assistant in the garden centre called Becky at Homebase 5 Lane Ends Bradford went out of her way to help me. I am 70 and she helped with lifting all the grow bags sourcing some items l still needed. After this she helped me at the till and took my trolley to my car and put all my shopping in the boot. I could not have had better service and managed to get all but one item on my shopping list. A shout out for Becky she was brilliant

Great price for Coco & Coir compost. Click and collect was very easy with Everton a trolley ready for me to push to the car. Very easy
