It is convenient to use and quick collection But is NOT a registered charity according to a government website it is a private company!!!

I have been using this company for years and have given some amazing stuff and many new things. Recently gave 40-inch flat-screen TV. I asked for some bags on several occasions. I was told to use my own. Black bags are £4 for a packet of twenty so unable to keep using my bags especially when I am giving you so much stuff. I then ran out of black bags and have repurchased again. The least you could do is give some bags when requested

I had so many bags, mostly of my late husband’s books. However the young man from your company happily gathered them all and took them away

I'm so impressed updates on time of pick up great . Driver very polite and happy . Took over 11 full bags . Happy that a portion will go to my chosen charity and the rest is up to the company . I don't drive and I am pleased to have this service . Thank you .

TERRIBLE. The driver from iCollectClothes came by and instead of going to my door (3ft away) where I was waiting with the clothes, they just took my neighbours' bag personal bag and left. They have NO tracking system so her things are now gone, including highly sentimental jewelry from her childhood. I tried calling about 6 times with no answer, when I finally did get to speak to someone they were incredibly unhelpful and had 0 accountability to their terribly flawed system with a high risk of error. The woman on the line did not care that the driver just took random bags, said it happens occasionally, and they have no way of tracking anything. Terrible customer service, very poor management AND since there is no tracking, the money from the clothes sales definitely don't go to your chosen charity. I was basically told that if there was anything resembling a donation in the vicinity (including personal deliveries) they can get taken and there's no way of getting it back. It's basically theft and they don't care.

i arranged a collection of a large amount of clothing bedding small domestic items ,a time was allocated and they turned up,being a 85 year old and recently bereaved and not a driver i am not able to give clothing to charities in town so this was a godsend,as long as the nominated charity get something i will be happy,

Just used I collect clothes and it was great made the arrangements online, got an automated response then the day before pick up got an email stating time of pick-up. On the day got another email saying they were going to be early. They've just been and collected all my unwanted clothes.

I have used this service multiple times. Donated all kinds of stuff. Our last donation was huge, heavy boxes and multiple bags. All was taken swiftly as usual. One man's junk is another man's treasure.

First time using this company everything went well, driver arrived on time, no concerns, would definitely use again

Today I was slightly late in putting out my bags for donation by a minute or two, my partner was handing over the donation to the driver when I received a phone call from someone from ICollectClothes who essentially berated me for not getting to the door quick enough (have an injured leg so this is a little hard) and accused us of not leaving donations outside previously, therefore needed our flat number. I explained that I had given my flat number previously in the past, however, bags were still not collected so I assume there was no need ( as from the outside it is just one big house and donations are left directly outside of the door) .

The man calling got very angry with me and started talking over me and refusing to let me speak, quite passive aggressively. When I asked what his name was so that I could make a complaint ( which seemed fair as he knew my full name, number and address, which he kept repeating and almost threatening me with?) he continued shouting directly over me how he has done nothing wrong but still wouldn't give me his name. He said, ''go ahead, call the police on me'' and every time I spoke shouted over me and wouldn't let me talk at all. My partner had to take over the call as I wasn't getting anywhere with him and he initially acted a little more polite, but he still avoided providing his name or any form of identification, which was in itself was very suspicious. He then hung up on us after he knew we weren't going to end the conversation without either a name or someone else to talk to. I have given them multiple chances in the past but this will be the last time. The site looks legitimate but there is no evidence out there of how or when they donate to these charities they claim they are raising funds for and they hide any form of identification on their end ( which a professional and legal company would never do)- yet they know all your addresses, full names and number.

I would highly advise not using them or entering in your personal information on the site as you do not know what they are using this for. Have had an unusual increase in people since then claiming to be from charities showing up on our doorstep looking very legitimate but are very aggressive in trying to gain entrance into the home to knock on the door or other neighbours and never taking no for an answer. Very friendly but always asking you to not only donate but give your date of birth AND your signature on their phone. I only called them out because one was supposedly from Great Ormond Street and I had been treated there as a child myself- they weren't able to answer a lot of questions that were common knowledge to people who would be raising money for them.

I my original collection date could not be honoured so was given another date. I’ve been waiting in all morning and then had a missed call and voicemail telling me there was no reply at my address. I called back within 5min of the call to be told the diver had knocked at my back gate and no reply!!! Firstly this was not my front door nor does it look like a front door. I was informed that I had requested coming into the back garden but at what point did the driver realise that a garden gate is not a door to a house. How the hell am I supposed to hear a knock on my garden gate at the end of my garden?! Absolute fool.
When I asked them to turn the driver back (he was literally only 5min gone) I was told he was no where near my place and they couldn’t return until next week. A BIG FAT NO. I’ve gone elsewhere.

This so-called “charity” is just a profit-driven business. They give a tiny fraction of donations to charity while pocketing the rest. Don’t be fooled by their false claims of supporting good causes. Do your research and avoid this deceptive operation!

I left some bags out this morning for another charity, but they were stolen by this company! I wanted my donations to go to a specific charity, very close to my heart, my family has supported this charity for years and I am heartbroken that my donations will not be going to the cause. Instead this company has stolen the bags, I am not sure how they can get away with this, but it's absolutely disgusting! Not sure how they can get away with this...

Excellent quality and service from selection, first fitting and end product. Highly recommend them for male suits and wedding attire. We had lots of compliments on my son's Walima outfit. Thank you do much 😀

This was my first time using this service and safe to say I never will again. Arranged a collection for some clothes and was given less than 24 hours of collection time (you are given no choice). Then at 5:40 on the morning of the collection (scheduled for 8:25-10:15) I get an email telling me my collection time had moved to 5:45AM - 7:45AM which of course I missed.

I have donated to this company today and I would definitely Recommend it, If you are having a clear out consider this company you even get to choose which Charity you want to donate to I will definitely consider using them again, you can’t fault them They are fast answering your application for collecting and you are able to choose the dates convenient for you and let them know the best time to collect, They send you an email the night before your collection date to confirm the date is still okay for you and they will tell you when to expect them, You could leave the bags outside if you prefer I requested them to knock for collection and they were more than happy to knock. I would Definitely recommend them

Fantastic service. Collect a wide variety of stuff and nice that you can pick your charity. Would highly recommend.

I have used this company a few times, they've always collected when they said they would. However, regarding the posts stating that this is not a genuine charity I will not be using it again unless the company can prove they are genuine.
