What a lovely driver, I wasn’t quite ready but the driver was very patient and so helpful… I also like that you can pick where you want your charity bits to go and, also, that the bits are collected by a van - so good and so easy 😁

Left me waiting over 2 weeks, then on the day and time of the collection arranged by them. Nobody came, got an email saying collected. But in the same email, it started that the driver came. I'm home Nobody came and clothes have been outside since early this morning. Used to be a proper site, don't know what happened. Avoid and go elsewhere. I have been donating good quality clothes as well and reading the previous reviews, I'm very disappointed that is not a proper charity.

Do not use. Cancelled twice after lugging 6 bags worth in and out whilst 6 months pregnant only to be told mid day on the day that they can't collect both times. Absolute joke.

Company is unprofessional and a fraud.
Took a parcel from the porch that wasn't meant to be taken (a parcel was delivered same day as the pick from icollectclothes).

Driver didn't take the box I left for them- I contacted then to return it. They said they will check warehouse initially. Parcel they took was sealed and had expensive shoes in there. Careless driver- didn’t double check to see what he was taking. At the end of it all they wouldnt acknowledge it- even though it was taken by the company driver. I wouldn't use them again. If they acknowledged mistake & returned parcel would have been the right thing- but they refused any responsibility. I lost out significantly. They didn't even reimburse the the cost of the shoes.
Be cautious!

They have gone downhill recently, they used to be really good but the last two collections have been awful! I got a phone call on the day of collection just when they were due to arrive telling me the van had broken down?? Both times this is what was said?? Which I found out later they phone a lot of people claiming this has happened?? Hmm? Also I got yet another phone call saying I had rearranged collection? I told the guy on the phone I had done no such thing? To which he replied “ The driver has just told me you phoned him and want to rearrange collection” I told him I had not phoned the driver as I didn’t have his number and that they had rearranged for the bags to be collected today? He went away and five minutes later the driver turned up and took my bags but proceeded to throw them into the van with force! I believe he just didn’t want to collect them and got caught out!
I will never use them again now after this, they have no respect for the charity you have left out for them? I will take it to a charity shop from now on.
I only used ICollect because I’m disabled and it was easy for me but I won’t be using now.

Collection was made on schedule, but could’ve been more respectful, as the collector seems to have an attitude.

Rubbish. Say they collect from anywhere then you get an email saying they don't collect from your area. WHY NOT SAY WHERE YOU COLLECT FROM ON YOUR WEBSITE ????????

The service is fast and easy. Even at the last minute i fully recommend them especially if you are not local to a town or don't have a car

This is a profit company registered as a wholesale company not a charity! They file as a dormant company each year since their launch in 2018 (meaning not active or trading but they are) This is scam company they may give some money to charities but the bulk of it goes to the Director, a lithuanian in London enjoying travelling the world with your clothes donations. Stay awake people !

I put in a collection request with this company as I was willing to donate clothes I received an email telling me it was cancelled as its not available in my area so why didn't the website say this there should be a postcode checker its clearly incomptence on their side this I won't recommend this shambles of a company to anybody and you can get my details deleted from your systems otherwise it will be taken further if I could 0 stars I would do stay clear of theses lot people find somewhere else to donate plenty about theses days I will be warning others of Icollectclothes or should that be Idontcollectclothes awful experience awful Company

Absolutely on point for collecting on time and communication.
Use these a lot and its good to know that items that I may not want anymore are hopefully going to good use.

Such efficient service so straightforward will be using them a lot going forward as have lots to donate. Have struggled to donate directly to charity stores most have very specific conditions or you carry bags there and they refuse to take them this was booked online lovely gentleman came to my door on the time allocated. Their website clearly states they collect on behalf of charities.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I used them for the 1st. They were amazing from start to finish. Kept me update when they were coming and the driver took all the bags.

I have used iCollectClothes various times, twice in 2020 and then once again in 2022. They collected my stuff from two different addresses and there were never any issues in connection with either of those.

While I initially had thought I could use iCollectClothes literally for clothes only, they were willing to take other stuff I had no use for any longer yet didn't want to throw away as well, which meant I didn't have to look for and go to charity shops carrying lots of items, some of which were quite bulky, around areas I had just moved to and therefore was not yet familiar with. This was additionally useful because at least one of their earlier collections was during the pandemic.

I was hesitant to leave my stuff in front of buildings for collection, especially for longer timeslots as used by iCollectClothes, because I reckoned people might think it was trash and/or might steal it. Therefore, I asked them to instead call me upon arrival so I could hand over my donated items to them personally. They promptly confirmed they were willing and able to do this, and they did so upon arrival for each collection. Also, they always arrived within the sort of narrowed down timeslots they gave me.

The only thing I am not happy about in regards to this company is how sometimes collection at a certain date is not possible and the dates suggested as an alternative are far less convenient but you will have to make do with them if you do want to go ahead with the donation. But since I am still very happy with them otherwise, I would definitely use them again should I at some point again have accumulated enough stuff I no longer need.

Avoid. Called before the collection to advise property was difficult to find and provided directions and was reassured the appropriate notes would be passed to the driver. Then received a email to say unsuccessful collection, claimed driver arrived and there was no answer. When I spoke to their ‘helpline’ they were less than helpful. Accused me of lying when I said no one knocked on my door. Shocking service

Entered my details for a collection. Received an error message and sent back to the home page of the website. 5 minutes later I receive 10 spam emails from unsolicited email addresses and 2 WhatsApp ‘scam’ messages. They will sell your data so be warned.

None of the 'charities' that give you a bag and collect from your property are anything other than businesses. The clothes tend to be sent to poor countries and sold, profit going to the firm not any charity. Most people know this but like the convenience of not having to lug bags further than their drive. As long as you are aware of what the firm is doing, fine. Personally I just use their bags for my non recycling rubbish, thanks for the free bags.

Super convenient and easy. I’ve used their service a couple of times now and it’s always been great service. They let you pick the time and date of the collection and then contact you on the day to let you know the time span they’ll arrive. You can just leave the collection outside your property so no hassle waiting in for someone.
Super handy when you’re having a clear out of old clothes and there isn’t a clothes bank or charity shop near you.
I’ll definitely be using again.
