Never had a problem with thses guys hense the bad reviews always on time picked up with in the allotted time with no fuss I've used them several times and shall continue

I've used this company before in the past and always been great. More recently I've attempted to arrange a collection, the driver claims they rung at 7 50am and called me to open the door. The phone call I received was at 8 50am from the helpline operator and nobody rung on my door at 7 50am. Proceeding to rearrange deliveries, I've been met with passive aggressive emails from operator Jordan Robinson who is adamant the driver was at my property. Jordan has then proceeded to send an image of "the property" to prove that the driver was there, it is not even the property 🙄

Would not use them again and would suggest whoever manages Jordan, works with them on their customer service approach

Will never use these again. Used them countless times and NEVER had any issue. However this time the driver decided to bang on loudly at 7:20/25am when the earliest collection is 8am! I said I'd leave the bag outside and usually wake up at 8am for work. He then continued to harrass the door banging for 5-10mins as we'd initially thought he'd leave and come back at the CORRECT times stated kn the website. He has left our dog shaking in fear and even the neighbours dog stayed barking, people probably thought we had bailiffs at the door! Absolutely appalling, I was finally able to get up and shoved the bag outside. He had a face like a slapped ass. Choose the official charity and get them to collect, I certainly won't use these again.

Fatastic service,works like clockwork - so well organised and excellent communication.Great choice of charities to support and knowing that you are recycling your Preloved and potentially useful items and possessions to a good cause makes perfect sense, as we are recycling and upcycling - we are becoming more eco friendly !!

What a blessing this company is. I have a few good clear outs a year. I always have lots of clothes/shoes that I haven’t even worn. I arrange a collection with icollectclothes. They are always reliable. I can donate to good causes from home. It’s great.

I was having a clear out and found myself with almost a van load of unwanted clothes , shoes and other useful items.
I found ICollectClothes online and booked a donation. Excellent communication, by email and phone because I had lost the confirmation email, otherwise there would have been no need to be in contact.
Straight forward, book a date, they pick up everything.

I’ve downsized from a three bedroom to a one bedroom house. I had an insane amount of clothes, shoes, toys, curtains and books. I called iCollectCothes, they gave me a date for free collection for two days later, and sent me a confirmation email. The night before they sent another email giving me a two hour window timeframe for collection. On the day they emailed again and when the driver was going to be late they emailed again. Driver was excellent, very pleasant young man. I was fearful that he wouldn’t be able to take it all, but he did. I loved the communication and updates. I’ll Definitely be using them again and will pass on their info to family and friends.

Always use this service and donate to the Heart charity. Really quick and efficient. I feel great knowing I have donated to a good cause.

As of today I was an employee at this company and I can tell you now that there not a registered charity there actually cash for clothes ran by Lithuanian people there only interested in clothes toys books dvds house hold items all go in a skip I have been sacked for standing my ground they treat us like scum don't pay wages properly and use you for there own gratitude please people think twice about using this service

I found this charity collection online when I was thinking of clearing my late father’s belongings.
Great service took all the clothes and shoes, new towels and bedding that were left by my father who loved buying things.
A time slot is given and they arrived within that time, friendly helpful service.
They also collect kitchen crockery…so will definitely using them again!

Had a phone call on arrival a d collected 10 bags very polite and quickly collected will use this company every time now

Really simple and easy. I haven't got a car so I would have struggled getting my donations to a charity shop. Really pleased and will recommend the service to others.

Normally would give 5 stars but stuff that was suitable for charity wasn’t collected so a little waste of time as I may as well drive to my local charity shop

I would definitely recommend this clothes collection company to family and friends. They came with the specified date and time. Person collecting items was polite, respectful. You can choose whatever charity you wish or so give them what you have to sort out with the charities

Absolutely fantastic service! I have used them 3 times now. You're regularly updated with what time they will collect your donations, they're always on time. Friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend and so nice you can chose which charity your donations will go to.

I now feel bad using this service because it was easy.
It turns out its not a proper charity and seems they are transparent with how much money goes to the charities you chose.

Some charities such as the British Heart Foundation do offer home collection in some areas so please use those and do the right thing.
