Freezer contents claim
Made a small claim for freezer contents.provided receipts, photos and a video of freezer! Did not hear anything for two weeks then I was then asked for an itemised list of contents which I happily gave but receipts and photos should be enough? Communication not good for claim but hot emails quickly about renewal and that my renewal quote had then gone up by the exact amount I had claimed! So no longer with sainsburys home insurance. Very disappointed with a reputable company and that’s why I chose them.

Premiums are calculated using several factors and increases applied are not solely due to a claim being made. Sainsburys should be able to provide you with an alternative option for your insurance. The claim was easy to submit. I was kept informed and it was just so efficient. From commencing the claim to resolution and payment has taken little more than a week. I am so impressed and cannot fault them at all. I would recommend this company. Ten out of ten. Thank you.

Storm damage
My claim was delt with very quickly,the company came out straight away,and the repair was started and completed same week.
Communication was very good as well.im really happy with the service i received. Highly recommended.

Broken drain fixed with no fuss
We had a broken drain under the back yard. It was a mess, Mortar was falling into a void beneath the paving stones, which had been formed by earth being washed away. The cellar had water coming through wall.
Sainsbury arranged for Auger, drains specialists, to come and they fixed the drain, performed a dye test and gave us a 10 year guarantee for the work.
The claim was settled with no fuss and the work was completed within ten days of claiming.

My autistic grandson dropped his phone…
My autistic grandson dropped his phone out of his window trying to attract a friends attention. This was his lifeline and I had to replace it immediately to avoid a melt down. Integra understood that it was not possible to wait before making the claim and settled straight away.

They were fast to come out but slow to…
They were fast to come out but slow to get the claim sorted. They didnt reward what it would cost to repair the damage and they didnt get the excess from the neighbour considering it was his fault for the damage.

I had a leak from my upstairs shower…
I had a leak from my upstairs shower that damaged my kitchen and flooring below. The loss adjuster was a very nice lady and dealt with everything quickly as I am without a functioning kitchen. She submitted the claim to integra and I have just had a text from integra to say that I will receive the money in 5 days. Am happy with my insurance and will be glad to get back to normal.

1st insurance claim i have made
1st insurance claim i have made, after numerous calls to chase the claim for both house and contents following a burst pipe, I was told that they had failed to pick up the finalised email and transfer the money. Good job integra, sainburys may want to stop using this underwriter
