Just Shutters Opiniones

I booked a measure and quote service for today at 1.30pm.
I got a message to say running late would this be ok to come later, agreed.
Then got another message to say you only do shutters not wood blinds, they cancelled the appointment and I lost a days wages waiting in all day. Will escalate this complaint

Very impressed with the quality of measuring on the first visit. Everything well explained for options & willing to measure other windows in case we later increased the order.
The installation was done professionally, quietly, & considerately. We are very happy with the finished shutters. It has helped with being able to open windows without our cats having direct access to the windows, & helped cooling the house in the strong sun.

I've used Just Shutters in the past and have just had more Shutters fitted. The service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Simon came to measure and quote, within the quoted time my Shutters were delivered and fitted. The fitter James is extremely professional, and exceptionally clean and tidy. Also very respectful to my property. Would recommend Just Shutters every time.

Just Shutters did an excellent job fitting three shutters at my property [two wooden; one metal]. They were efficient & professional. I am very happy with the installations. I had used Just Shutters before; I would use them again but I don't have any more shutter-less windows! You can be confident of a good job being done when using this company.

Came out to quote on time, really professional and friendly guys, and again when it came to the fitting of top quality shutters very professional and clean workers. So impressed I’ve requested quote for the rest of the house 👍

We Recommend this company.
The fitter was respectful to our property,no mess left after fitting.
We are very happy with our shutters

Excellent service and communication from start to finish and very professional. This is our second time using Just Shutters and we are just as pleased with our new shutters as we were the previous time.

Everyone was helpful, patient and a pleasure to meet. The shutters, made of wood, are well installed with minimum of fuss and very easy to use. The effects are amazing, making every room feel bigger and airier. I especially like that the main part of the shutter can be closed but the upper slats can be open, letting light in, whilst giving privacy/security. Highly recommend this company

From my initial appointment to fitting everything was very positive. The shutters are perfect. I decided on blackout and fly screen on every window of my three bedroom apartment, except for the bathrooms, where only fly screens were needed.
When the weather was cold the blackout shutters kept the heat in. My nights are more peaceful because the blackout blinds are so effective.
Now that the weather is very warm, I have been able to leave all of the windows open to allow air flow but no flies or mosquitoes etc. Such a relief. I have used the blackout blinds when the sun was strong into a particular room.
Overall I am delighted with my purchase and with the workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble for Terry. He was a very tidy worker and generally nice man.
I would recommend this to anyone. I wish I could get two fitted to my campervan - a VW T6 - across the side door and the back barn door opening……..
I have put this review up today simply because I am soooo pleased and not because anyone asked me or paid me to do it.

Beautiful shutters all installed in an afternoon. Great quality and customer service. Definitely value for money.

Excellent service from initial contact with them, until completion of work. Terry was very thorough & informative & has fitted the shutters to an exceptional standard. Would definitely use Just Shutters again in the future if the need arises.

After a bad experience with another shutter company it was great to deal with such a professional supplier. Paul (Yorkshire) provided an excellent service and the quality of the shutters supplied and installed by his team is excellent. Ordered, delivered and installed without any problems - I'll definitely be back for more!

I had 4 shutters fitted in May 2026 and I have to say the quality & service of Just shutters is second to none. Delivery timescales were 15 weeks as the shutters come from China. Excellent quality and installation took 1.5 days. Excellent service from Rob.
I was so pleased I ordered an additional shutter on completion on the main job.

Excellent service

Efficient and first class service from start to finish. Would have no problem with recommending this company

High quality product and service. Have used before and confidently recommended to others already.

I ordered my shutters through the JustShutters in weybridge Surrey, Very happy with the service. Professional, easy process and they look great upon installation.

From the first phone call to arrange a visit, to Elizabeth coming and doing an absolutely millimetre perfect measurement of the windows, to Ivan fitting them with immaculate attention to detail you couldn’t ask for better service and quality of product.
We are absolutely delighted with the new shutters and they have already transformed our rooms.

Such an efficient process from start to finish and not pushy on sales. I took advantage of an early year discount and got excellent service from the home visit to measure up and price (including testing samples of shutters against the window); visiting the showroom in Southbourne and the installation. Faultless. I had seen the great reviews before ordering and am very happy to add mine. The shutters are fabulous.

We had plantation shutters fitted. This is the third time we have used Just Shutters Walton and remain very happy with the quality of service and the shutters themselves. A job well done.

Woke process from initial quote to installation excellent. Thanks to Ivan for doing a feat job
