I purchased a electric hobb from this company. It was not working .
So there for in my opinion these appliances are not checked to make sure they are working before they are sold.
I did get a refund but I would never go to this company again.

So far so good straight forward to order no complecations.

I order my product with a 3 - 5 day delivery yesterday, and it came this morning. The communications have been excellent. Very pleased!

I bought an infrared heater from this company and the experience has been disappointing from the start. The heater arrived with such a battered base that it would not stand upright. It was wobbly and there were no instructions at all.

I contacted the company and got a half hearted apology. I asked if they could put their last base aside for me in case they could not find a replacement as it was the last one I could see online anywhere in the UK and I had to ask Alex 4 times. He still wouldn't do it and only said they would see if they could send a replacement part.

They eventually sent one but it arrived scratched and marked. When I emailed, Alex explained it was because it was a graded part, but at no point was I told I would be receiving a second hand item in visibly marked condition. I cannot see anywhere on their website where this is stated.

Overall the customer service has been really poor, the heater arrived incomplete and the replacement part was scratched with no instructions. I have been left with a heater I still cannot put together properly. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered an item which I wasn’t aware was a graded item. Regardless of that, the courier left the item at the rear of my house as no one was home. There was no note pushed through the door and no email to confirm delivery. On the date of delivery the weather was appalling. I found the item the following day, completely soaked through. I raised this issue that day, advising that I was not prepared to plug in an electrical item that had sat in the rain for in excess of 12 hours and requested a replacement. The response I received contained an apology and advised they would contact their courier. After a week of back and forth via email I was provided with a refund label and was told that whilst the item should not have been left outside to be rained on, I should have expected blemishes to the packaging due to it being a graded item.
Their service is awful. I would rather pay more for the item than deal with this company again!!!
If I could post photos to reflect the appalling condition of this item I would!

purchased 5 swan urns .one had a leaking tap .i was offered a new tap and pay for it plus postage !!!
they claim as i only tried it after 6 months it is no longer under warranty

Box was damaged, when I opened the manufactures box there was non of the usual plastic sealed wrapping the instruction were loose in the box and finally the actual unit was dusty I got the distinct impression this was a second hand item … I was going to give this as an Xmas present but will now donate it to charity … appalling

The kitchen recycling bin was easy to order via the website, it arrived on time with helpful tracking information. Apart from a small amount of cosmetic damage to the outside packaging the bin is perfect. At approximately 60% of the retail price this is really good value for money. Will definitely use this company for future purchases.

Just to make you aware this stuff is damaged goods and quite frankly no cheaper than buying the same stuff but new from Amazon I only got what i wanted as it was out of stock. Wish I had waited. I sent a picture to them showing the damage but they just came back saying there is a warning saying it’s a graded product and if I want to return it and I quote “As stated below as this is being returned due to it being a graded item there will be a -15% back to stock fee and we will not refund the postage cost”
