I ordered a steam generator iron, but wasn't going to be in on the day of delivery, so asked for the item to diverted to a service point near me.
Unfortunately, it never arrived at the service point as it had got lost in the DHL system. Even though I was never in possession of this Iron, I was told that I would not get a refund until Kettle & toaster man received the item back to their warehouse, even though I had sent proof from correspondence with DHL that it still in the DHL warehouse system.
After about 2 weeks and several e-mails and phone calls with K&TM I was getting nowhere, so I made the decision to contact my credit card company to let them deal with the situation by way of a charge back. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

After ordering a coffe machine which was faulty I returned it and asked for a new one, no problem with that. Oh wait, I am afraid there was, they took nearly two weeks to approve that there was a fault but on top of that they had the courage to send me another fault, or should I say the stupidity to send another faulty one, if any i believe that a retailer shopuld at least test the machine it sends you on the second time to make sure the customer is not disppointed, I am afraid being business minded is not one of their virtues. Thus, if you wish to have working equipment I believe amazon once again prooves their worth. It really upsets me that when I try to order from smaller firms they always find a way to disappoint as if they were asking to sink.

Very pleased with my iron. Easy to order and pay for. Easy to use and good value. Cheaper than other places I'd looked at. Arrived quickly and had regular updates about my order.
Unfortunately not happy with delivery company. Was given two dates when when it would arrive and it didn't. Said they couldn't deliver as no one in. When it was finally delivered, was left on my drive, the driver didn't knock to see if anyone was in

Know there are some bad reviews on here about this company but i think they was Brilliant super quick delivery ordered on the 2nd of October and was delivered today 3rd of October with standard delivery, I ordered matching Tower mug tree and kitchen roll holder set and they are new in original packaging and at a great price! Bought a cordless swan pink hoover from my daughter's birthday present box was notting good condition the hoover did not work kept coming up with faults sent it back they said there was nothing wrong with it I asked for a refund they said no they give me my money back but they take 15% which I think was unfair someone said to go to trading Standards 80 pound and I've got 63 pound back would not recommend this company to anybody

Received a toaster which was not as I believed but made in China rather than the UK. Wished to return but charged a fee for 'restocking' which is a joke and no assistance with the return postage which was extortionate in the first place.

I bought a Swan Nordic range 4 Slice toaster expecting the wood to be light oak as the description described and the battered box it arrived in. When I opened the wood was dark oak and scratches and marks on the back of the toaster. I asked to return as the product was different to the picture and box and I can honestly say that Alex from this company will not take any responsibility saying that the product is slightly different colour and I would need to pay for the return and to rub it in more want 15% stock fee!
The colour isn’t slightly it is very different and this item was not the colour on the picture or the box! I wouldn’t have bought. BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE … READ ALL REVIEWS IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THREAD WISH I HAD.. the products are not as described or sent in the correct box. I’m seeking legal advice out of principle because this is not my fault so not sure why I should be out of pocket! From a £40 toaster I would only approx receive £22 back.
