What a Mega Mistake Ive made using this gang of crooks!
My daughter’s 50th Birthday so ordered her 24 pink roses/wine and a balloon as we were unable to meet in person that day!
All paid and all they had to do is make sure the order was delivered!
Daughter went out at 4pm and nothing delivered!
I kept ringing this cowboy outfit and no one reply’s - you hang on until you’re told you must leave a message! Theres no one there.
Lovely flora world are criminals - and as a retired Metropolitan Police Officer i will do all I can to upset them as they’ve upset my family!

The roses i order were beautiful my daughter is so pleased with then. I will order from them again 21

So annoyed ordered some Roses for my Mum she had them delivered yesterday 20/92026 they werent looking the best and today they have died all wilted!! I rang the company no reply so have emailed them terrible service!! My Mum has just lost my Dad and i wanted to cheer her up x

Order was placed in plenty of time, delivery date was not met and will be delivered late for a birthday gift.

Fantastic service even more beautiful flowers than i even imagined. Delivery was even faster than anticipated.

Flowers were easy to order, arios emails kept me updated and the elderly recipient was delighted with her bouquet.

Appalling service. Did not deliver on date they should have. No apology. Rude and dismissive. AVOID.

Disappointed in customer service replies, had a Royal Mail email & tracking saying out for deliver yesterday (16th) & no delivery. I emailed & sent the Royal Mail tracking image to be told it can take 1 to 2 days if ordered after 5, I ordered around lunchtime (this should be traceable) I wanted to know where the flowers were if not delivered that day, they did arrive today (17th) & looked ok but the reply was just a delivered’ notice no reference to my name or if Royal Mail had an issue so felt a poor service.

The flowers were beautiful with lots of buds for continued flowering. The colours were lovely. Amazing value!

What you order and what you receive nothing like it 😞 Have the photos here as proof..but can't post? Wouldn't order from them again!!!

Late delivery a day after the expected chosen date

Bouquet smaller than expected i bought a large but received a small one

So happy with my order. My friend loved her flowers and said it was one of the largest bouquets she has ever received. I didn't even order large! I saw a photo and they looked stunning. Thank you. Will be ordering again

I went on the website on Friday looking for a next day delivery and as the calender on the website showed i could get a delivery Saturday i paid the premium rate dor this and informed the recipient.
I received confirmation email for Saturday
The just acceptable bouquetarrived Monday morning.
I contacted them and they informed me if the order was after 5 then it couldnt be done.
So their website isnt fit for purpose
They took a premium rate and i havent been offered any refund
If i had known that i would have looked elsewhere for someone who could have met my needs even if it xost a little more

Initially we made a mistake with the delivery address so our fault. So we emailed to confirm fault and get flowers redelivered. Just got a spurious how did we do return mail. Tried umpteen times to call, got "leave a message" ( which we have and no reply). Shocking customer service. Poor communication. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve received the email requesting a review… the shock is apparent! The flowers have not even been delivered yet, despite requesting a 10.09.206 delivery it’s after 1800 on 11.09.2026 - I don’t need to elaborate on the issue. Load of nonsense. Even if the flowers are amazing delivering on the desired date is fundamental, especially as we ordered these due to a bereavement 😩
