Leighton Buzzard store
I never visit a Majestic store as my nearest one in Sale is too far for me a so I always order online (which is always excellent!) This week I have been staying in Leighton Buzzard and was able to actually go inside a Majestic shop. I wanted to buy a gift voucher for my son-in-law so I first phoned the shop in LB . The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. I called in the store the next day and again, very helpful and friendly. I bought a gift voucher and also 6 bottles! The assistant was very helpful , carried the bottles out to the car as well!!!
An excellent experience.

Rang recorder I had placed , was disappointed to find I could in fact buy 8 bottles from Asda for the price I had paid to majestic for 6 lady on phone very dismissive advised that items could possibly be delivered tomorrow at the earliest, I was going to cancel but decided to phone my local store in Harrogate, very helpful staff who said my order was due for delivery today ????
If it hadn’t of been for the wonderful staff at Harrogate I would have cancelled this order due the rudeness of the staff at the customer service centre !

I have shopped at Majestic for 35 ? years and always find it a pleasurable experience.
The staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
I do not like much restrictions in Scotland but Majestic still attracts discerning clientele.

High end wine store experience
I went to the Majestic Store in Plymouth recently. The selection of wines was very well presented, easy to navigate and the store was spotless. The tasting table stocked some quite expensive examples which spoke to the quality of the offering in general. The gentleman on hand was very attentive, informative and after a short introduction left us to explore the wines. Very good experience.

Always a pleasant experience
As a family we are hiring a farmhouse for a birthday and as I always have brilliant service from my local in Weybridge, decided to use a store local to I shops Nympton. That is Barnstable and an order has been placed with delivery to the site on Thursday. We arrive on Friday and am sure all will be well

consistent excellent service
it's always a pleasure to collect my order from the Cirencester outlet, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them.
I have developed a mobility problem of late so tend to pre order my requirements instead of selecting from the store and am always impressed with the quick response to my order and notification that it is ready for collection

Expert and Friendly Service from Majestic Clitheroe
I've had superb service from Majestic in Clitheroe for half a dozen years now and have been delighted at the range of wines they stock. I'm especially fond of Bordeaux wines, and I appreciate the efforts Majestic has made to venture beyond the familiar, while keeping prices competitive. The staff at Clitheroe know exactly what bottle to substitute for me if a wine I order is suddenly out of stock. On top of all this, the friendliness they show is unbeatable.
