The team at Ludlow are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I often struggle to open a bottle of champagne - my favourite- and they always oblige. It’s lucky shop is just across the road

Expert and Friendly Service from Majestic Clitheroe
I've had superb service from Majestic in Clitheroe for half a dozen years now and have been delighted at the range of wines they stock. I'm especially fond of Bordeaux wines, and I appreciate the efforts Majestic has made to venture beyond the familiar, while keeping prices competitive. The staff at Clitheroe know exactly what bottle to substitute for me if a wine I order is suddenly out of stock. On top of all this, the friendliness they show is unbeatable.

Majestic's Wine at Grantham is well…
Majestic's Wine at Grantham is well stocked and has almost everything for everyone and a wide price range. Key for me as someone who likes to try different wines is the superb knowledge of their products. A special mention has to go to Steve who has always had time to discuss and listen to my multiple question. I do think Majestic's provide a brilliant service and product range. My go-to bottle right now is Duckhorn Chardonnay from the Napa Valley, when it is in offer that is. Tatty Bogler is also a fantastic wine at the price

Great Service When Things Went Wrong
I ordered a case as a gift for a friend. The courier advised that the consignment was damaged & returned to Majestic. I immediately emailed Majestic (Saturday) & asked how they would rectify. Within 2 hours, I had a phone call from Majestic. The lady said she had already tried to arrange a replacement from the nearest store, but had missed the van. Instead, she promised the wine would be there on Monday, with an extra bottle as compensation, plus my carriage charge would be refunded. All happened, as promised. Thank you Majestic - great service.

Good range of wine
Good range of wine. Prices about the same as the supermarkets. They do have discounts from time to time. The delivery firm that Majestic use are not brilliant - Yodel. Yodel have left the wine outside the parcel box on the street despite instructions on opening our gate, or arrive and no longer deliver inside the house. They also mixed up orders leading to a refund. If you use their stores staff are helpful.

Used twice & brilliant
Used 15 yrs ago for a celebration AND another celebration AGAIN last week.
Great advice from mark and James at the Banstead shop regarding products, Going above and beyond expectations.
Even driving to another branch in another county for a particular red wine ,which was delicious.
