I found Mobility hire to be wonderful! So easy to talk to, polite, helpful and punctual. In addition the profile bed I hired was virtually brand new and very comfortable.

Trouble free and very helpful
Amazing experience with Mobility Hire from the moment I discussed mumy mobility needs.
When I arrived at my first hotel in Bristol, all the equipment had been delivered and set up. In my room. The second hotel where I will be staying in London will have a bed and hoist delivered and set up for my arrival.
I would highly recommend Mobility Hire, their staff are extremely knowledgeable, and they look for the best way to sort things out cost-effectively.
Highly recommended.

Quick and efficient . Given wrong fact about the chair which was later confirmed. as crash tested. Sadly the chair does not meet my needs. Regret.

While the chair was later confirmed as crash tested, we recognise how important it is that customers feel confident they are receiving the right advice from the outset. One of the advantages of hiring is that it allows customers to avoid spending a large amount on equipment that may not ultimately be suitable for their individual circumstances or requirements.

Good but very expensive for 2 days.
The hoist worked well and was good for our needs. The arrangement was made by a charity. What makes it challenging is the cost of delivery and pick up which, without charitable support would have made it impossible to do, and yet it is an essential piece of equipment if our son is ever to have new experiences in different places away from home.
Following on from your reply, families shouldn't have to rely on charitable support to go away for a weekend. We couldn't have afforded to hire the hoist without them, as it would have cost more than our accommodation, immediately making having a disability an even larger financial burden. It would be great to know we could go away on holiday and use your services without incurring too high a cost (£470 delivery and collection was too high)

Office staff
We have been using your company for many years, delivering Beds and hoist in numerous hotels. The only criticism is that I find your Office staff sometimes a little abrupt and difficult to deal with

Really helpful and friendly
Really helpful and friendly. I have a small house and needed an indoor wheelchair. After giving the measurements of a tight turn in my house they tested it with the chair I requested at their store to ensure I would be able to make the turn.

Excellent company. Sorted out a bed for my husband who was unable to use the stairs due to a fall. I phone in the morning and a bed arrived by 12.00 same day. Lovely people kind and sympathetic. Exactly what I needed at that moment!
