I found Mobility hire to be wonderful! So easy to talk to, polite, helpful and punctual. In addition the profile bed I hired was virtually brand new and very comfortable.

Exceptionally helpful
Exceptionally helpful. Quick to reply. Chair was delivered within a few days to test out ~ adaptions were needed and again quick service. Kept informed of delivery times. Care Home staff advised that the driver / engineer who fits the chair was also very helpful.

Brilliant from start to finish.
Hiring a mobility scooter couldn’t have been simpler. Communication with this company is excellent. Any issues are sorted out as a matter of urgency. Every member of staff from those in the office, to drivers, to maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. I wouldn’t hire from anywhere else.

The delivery person came within the time slot, put the chair together and showed me how it worked. He was friendly and explained the return process.

Wheel chair did not arrive had to buy one to go on holiday also customer services still waiting for a refund if customer services can take 2 hours to reply to my msg on trust pilot how come it takes 14 working days for a refund when they already know what the problem is it takes 1 minute to transfer money into an account

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience this caused ahead of your holiday. While we always do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we do use a courier service for manual wheelchairs and unfortunately delays can sometimes be out of our control. We work with the courier company to try and minimise these occasions and to get them rectified as quickly as possible.
Our customer service team asks for up to 14 working days to process refund requests, and we can see you got in touch just 2 days ago. Please rest assured your case is being handled and your refund request will be looked at within this timeframe. Thank you for your patience, and our sincere apologies again for the disruption. Very good equipment choice and service
We ordered some equipment for a short break for a family member. Mobility Hire were great - a very smooth service. Unfortunately you can only hire equipment for a minimum of 2 weeks and we only needed it for a weekend so it was a little expensive, but couldn’t fault the equipment choice or service.

Excellent customer service and great products
The immediate response upon calling mobility hire was superb. The help and assistance was exemplary. All items ordered were delivered on time and were brand new. They were also able to supply a last minute order on the same day which helped us immensely.

The person who answered my ‘phone call was easy to understand and helpful. Delivery of the chair was prompt and the man who delivered and installed it was pleasant and efficient. The chair itself is very comfortable and meets my needs well.
