Didn't receive my parcel.
Really disappointed as parcel didnt arrive.Evri took photo and apparently left it near the roadside no where near my home.Once I worked out where it was there was no parcel there. Anyone could have picked this up or even driving past. This was a gift for my Daughter . I have contacted yourselves and Evri . Evri have said they will contact yourselves and sort this out. Hopefully they will. Please dont use Evri so many people are looking for their parcels . Evri couriers just seem to leave them anywhere?Its not right when you pay a substantial amount for product and you have to chase it or worry that if Evri are delivering it you cant rest hoping that it arrives safely. I am thinking now not to purchase a product if Evri are delivering it.Neals Yard has now contacted myself regarding my parcel which Evri did not deliver anywhere near my home. Neals yard have sent a replacement with another delivery company which has reached me so thankyou neals yard.

Great service and nicely packaged
Great service and nicely packaged - quick delivery. But mainly the products are the best. I have been using NYR since the first store opened in Convent Gardens all those years back. I am 66 years old now and find most of the products suitable for my problematic skin. I love the 'Women's balance roll on remedy as well.

Would not recommend
I bought the roll on essential oil which I was excited about. Being one of the most expensive on the market I was expecting good quality. First ingredient listed is sunflower oil (which yea, I know, essential oils need a carrier oil) which is probably what it contains for the most part. It is extremely diluted and I am not exaggerating when I say in less than one hour the smell is absolutely gone. Had in the past used cheaper essential oils on my wrists that lasted longer.
So overall I am fairly disappointed, not good value for money paid.

We will contact you directly with a longer answer, however, to reassure. We only use 100% pure essential oils in our products. In the Remedies to Roll, they are diluted to a percentage that make them safe to use on small areas of the body such as the pulse points. Sunflower oil is the perfect carrier for the essential oil to allow them to be rolled onto your skin without causing irritation.

Bee Lovely All Over Balm
I purchased the Bee Lovely All Over Balm and it is lovely. Like some of the other customers, I use a very small amount of this on my face at night. It is super soothing and nourishing. The fragrance is beautiful, but not over powering - and it is great on hands!
You only need a little, it is concentrated.
It has minimal ingredients, which suits my sensitive skin. Please never stop making.
