A convenient shop with very good quality products.
I've purchased these products for some years and always return to Neal's Yard. I particularly like the small items that are so useful for little presents. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is nearby.

Order damaged at first was resolved
Great company and great products however unfortunately my order was damaged in transit and it took around 9 days for an outcome customer service was somewhat slow.

Product excellent as always; delivery system very poor indeed. Package left in full view in doorway when 12 inches away is an arch which protects from street view. Please go back to Royal Mail!!
