Not too busy. Informative girl in the shop. Wrapped my gift v nicely for a new mum. Products all looked nicely displayed with bottles you could try.
I think it would be good to have display boards about how the company started. Value the British side of things !!

Products are great
Products are great, if a bit pricey, but the cardboard packaging of shredded cardboard was so dense I couldn't find what I had purchased easily. I had to carefully remove it to my recycle bin to discover two more items hiding in the cardboard.

Great instore service
It didn't start off so well. The sale was on, but the price in store was more than online. I queried this with the instore colleague who was great and told me that she could do a price match for me. She then also persisted when the computer system wasn't showing my rewards voucher. She took time to get the best deal for me - great service.

Positive Shopping Experience
The purpose of my visit was to renew some of the items I had bought previously. An additional bonus was the fact that there was a sale on and when this happens items are heavily discounted. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and gave good advice. I was more than happy with my purchases but would also buy again if not in a sale due to the positive results on my skin.
