I am very un happy with the amount of USA produce and products in the No Frills stores! I refuse to purchase American produce or products and now the store is no longer marking the country of origin on the store labels. I will be not buying fresh produce from your store, and will only purchase Canadian products.

My comment is on PC Delivery, delivering No Frills. They are very good in getting the delivery out on time. My ranking comes from the fact that they ask you if you want make changes to your order. But when you answer them to make changes you are completely ignored. Items are often sold out as well.

I bought the yogurt and found insect in the yogurt they did not give me satisfactory reply. I have all the pictures but there is no place to attach it.

This old ass crusty, dusty lady kicked me out when I was with my friends. She didn't even kick my friends out. And as a black citizen of This World, I deem this as racist. She said only two people per checkout, but my family shops there all the time, and that was never a problem when other people were there. So this old lady should be replaced as soon as possible.

My review is based solely on pricing of their products, not the store or staff. I have been shopping mostly at No Frills in Halifax and Walmart since the pandemic started and prices went through the roof. Supply-chain costs are just a part of the price increase these last few years, but greed plays another significant role. That is the case with all privately owned stores but in particular the loblaw chains. Historically, you could count on finding similar products to Superstore at better prices at No Frills, especially PC brand products.
That is no longer the case. I've been surprised on a few occasions to find a PC brand item selling for higher price at No Frills. Increasingly, a significant share of my families $1200/month food budget has been going to Walmart. I regret this as I would prefer to support a Canadian-based company. But greed is greed and I'll go where my money stretches farthest. Unfortunately, that is no longer No Frills, or Superstore. And, judging by the volume of shoppers at WM (vs NoFrills or SS) on any given day, I'd say a lot of other folks are tired of the ridiculous pricing strategy of the greedy loblaw groups of companies. I only hope we see more competition in this retail space soon.

Over the top customer service excellence. The store was extremely clean. I love how all the groceries were packed and reachable especially me being handicapped/disabilities. The floor staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asked what isles certain products were making it extremely easy to walk around. Their produce/groceries are always fresh and if for any reason they were not Fresh you can always return it for a REFUND. I frequent the RITSON store and have had to deal with most of the CASHIERS who are extremely patient, kind, friendly and still very professional. I really enjoyed and appreciate how the self checkout always have a standby cashier should in case customers require assistance. I really enjoy how the PC OPTIMUM points is immediately reflected on the APP and made available to customers. It’s an extremely busy location but cashiers are always available to serve. The quality of service I received today and as usual is always over the top with excellence and exceptional. JORGE was friendly, patient, respectful and helpful. I shop at that location every week.

A discount was applied only to customers using the app. The app is based on optimum points operation. The customers using valid pc card with optimum points did not get the discount. This unacceptable discrimination was posted on 21-27 May flyer and applied at store located in 700 Strasburg Rd Kitchener, ON N2E 2M2.

Good shopping

Spoiled fish and shrimp purchased in February, as well as spoiled turkey bought last Sunday, all caused strong food poisoning reactions. I became sick after consuming each of these products. I no longer feel confident purchasing “fresh” products from this store. (No Frills Cedarbrae mall)

I was told I can’t use a picture of my PC Card and she didn’t ask for my phone number or offer me a physical card, she said no points for you rudely even though I’ve been going there for years.

I would like to complain about your oatmeal raisin cookies. They used to be my favourite because they were light and soft and delicious but now they are dark and hard and no good. Tim Hortons has you beat now. I’d rather have one there than six of yours. Please get a different baker. I miss them.

The store in Edmonton (Alberta) over on 114st and 40 Ave banned students from entering the store since there are two high schools a few blocks away, one has regular halfdays while one does not. School hours from what I understand is opening to 4PM, and you're considered a student if you "look like one" (employee's words). I understand that shoplifting is a problem, but I also have multiple friends that use that specific store to grocery shop for their parents after school on the regular half-days who can't anymore because they're seen as potential thieves. Please understand that not all teenagers you interact with are trying to steal your merchandise and are just trying to help out their families.

No frills Staff (a cashier working a checkout line one over from the one i was in) -walked out of their 'cubicle' and slammed me from behind into the checkout conveyor that i was packing my groceries at. I was shocked to be hit! As a senior, with my 91 yr old mom with me it was an outright assault. Save yourself the risk of harm - I'd recommend staying away from No Frills (No Manners, No Cares) in Winnipeg.

Prices for a lot of things aren't better, produce and meat are not good quality. If you are alone and have a significant amount of purchase they don't help you, there isn't room for customers behind you so they are upset because while you're packing you are in their way!! While the male cashier stands and watches you pack. Also only one lane open I will never go back!

Amazing service, shoutout to employee cris and nick for their amazing work. Would love to work their with those two amazing g young gentlemen.

Cornwall, Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a few things. The store is the example other NF's should follow. Very clean, produce section excellent. A good shopping experience. But, check out was different. The cashier obviously hated her job. Not a word, a greeting or a smile. My wife commented on how fast she was as she shoved groceries down the belt. After we paid for the order she turned around with her back to us. I commented to my wife "she may be fast but she's not friendly". The cashier turned to me and said "you expect me to be friendly.?"

Great people working here, but Store is selling frozen fresh cut flowers

I visited the new nofrills on plains road in Burlington on February 27 in the evening aftef 8pm. Very clean store. All shelf are stock . And all products that are on sale in the flyer are on the shelf. I walk in and was able to find the product that are on sale. NO empty shelf. Noting is hidden due to sale price. I always go to the one down town brant street no frills. But good bye to brant street no frills .and welcome to new plains road no frills i will always go to plains road.STOP HIDING SALE STUFF BRANT STREET NO FRILLS
