I had an inventory report carried out for my new rental property and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The report itself is incredibly thorough and has given me the confidence I need as a new landlord. The report was arranged by Stacy and her professionalism has been second to none - on top of making all the arrangements she has been on hand to provide me with excellent lettings and property management advice. I would absolutely recommend Stacy and No Letting Go to any landlord.

This was the first time we have tried this company for our inventories. We arranged for an inventory to be carried out on 31st August which was confirmed by Stacy Allman at nolettinggo by email. The tenants were moving in on 3rd September of which she was aware at the time of booking. Nobody turned up to collect the keys on the 31st as arranged, and despite several calls and emails to the office, apparently Stacey Allman was never available but would call us back, but unfortunately never did. During one of our calls, we were told by someone else that they had no record of our booking, despite us having an email confirmation. This customer service was shocking, not only did this put us in a terrible situation of trying to arrange another company at short notice, we have received no explanation or apology for this huge error to date. We shall never contact them again and advise anyone considering to avoid as they are unreliable, rude and unprofessional.

Further to the response below, nobody phoned any of my colleagues at any point to cancel the arranged inventory. I have no idea what they mean by cancelling all appointments in our area? We only had 1 appointment booked for the inventory above. We were told that the staff member was on the way to collect keys so why would they say that if the appointment had been cancelled? Furthermore, when nobody showed up to collect the keys, they didn't returned any of our calls or emails over a 3 day period and even after this review have still have not contacted us with an explanation or apology. The explanation they have provided on here makes no sense and is basically trying to blame one of my colleagues for their own mistake, when they didn't even return my calls.

Poor service. The check-out report full of errors. Poor communication and professionalism.

The Care Quality Commission required a Legionella report for my Dental Surgery in Knightsbridge. They are very picky so I was very pleased with the really excellently presented report which easily satisfied the inspectors. I will certainly use them again when the next report is needed.

I have used No Letting Go for several years now. They have always provided me with a faultless service. They can be relied upon to provide the best advice too! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Responsive, prompt, accurate, thorough and efficient - No Letting Go Southampton give everything you could possibly want from an inventory management service. I have used them repeatedly and would not hesitate to recommend John and his team.

My landlord had this company come in to inspect the flat. A guy came and he was all smiles and chatty. He took lots of pictures, and asked me to sign his laptop just to say he had been at the flat. The following week I receive a copy of report from landlord which has my signature at bottom saying I agreed with its contents. They basically tricked me into signing off on a report I had never read. Don't sign anything they put infront of you.

Been using no letting go Greenwich, but went to this franchise as the own persuaded me that they could do the same if not better job. They couldn’t get into do the metre readings. The freeholders and managing agents all went in. These guys said they can’t get in. As a result, I’m left out of pocket and these guys said not our fault and I cannot go back to them months later, I went back to them soon as I saw the inventory without the meter readings. Avoid these people, looks like all the want is their invoice fee paid and them give you an inventory with things missing. Pointless inventory. And they argue that they are right. Avoid avoid avoid

At what stage did I ask you to pay the utility bill? I have asked you this month when i negotiated the bill from over £900 down to just over £70. The managing agents went in after you said you couldn't get in, that email was forwarded on to you. You ignored that email and now saying you never received it. After receiving a final email from your company to say you will no longer correspond, this is my review of your company.

Good company for detailed reports. Great advice offered to tenants and landlords.

We had Sean from nolettinggo carry out an inventory and check-in for us last week. This company was so easy to deal with, the team is lovely and Sean had a excellent eye for detail. He took a lot of pictures and gave great advice on how best to capture items in the inventory. Although it's early days for me to judge how effective the reports are in any disputes, but my lettings agent spoke very highly of the nolletinggo reports from previous experiences.

Avoid this firm at all costs. Sloppy inventory check and then when I complained they immediately sued. Dreadful firm, dreadful staff. I would give zero stars if that were possible

I did not expect you to move furniture or deal with any appliances so your comment is irrelevant. There was a hole in the wall!!!!!
