Not impressed at with his opinions of my property after 6 hours of cleaning, professional oven cleaner and carpets done and no rubbish in site he claimed it was left in poor condition which I disputed and my tenant disagreed with him also. Would not recommend or use again

I have used this company a few times for inventories and check outs. They are reliable, very detailed and responsive to questions.

I moved into a property on 24th April where Nolettinggo completed the checks and handed over the keys. That part went well enough. When i received the report from Nolettinggo and submitted my findings back to them via the estate agency Purple Bricks, asking for items bought from the landlord to be removed I have had no assistance what so ever! It has been 2 months now of sending so many emails and getting no response! I will be seeking other means to take this further now. I have had enough!

I used No Letting Go Bath for my Check Out and Inventory services and they were really professional. The clerks name was John, he was polite and diligent throughout the service. I would recommend this company for all reports and services.

We have used No Letting Go Greenwich for many years on all of our properties, and have nothing but praise for them.

Very detailed reports with photos, Checkout report compares against the check in report, and very easy to communicate with.

Check-in inventory was kind of OK, apart from them being an hour late and that few issues were missed. Report looked nice.
Checkout was not so great. First, the price mentioned by agent was "around £130" but ended up with an invoice of above £200 (£170 + tax). The report was produced a week later, still invoice was dated one day before check-out and demanded to be paid within 7 days. The agent was very nice and asked for a signature in a tablet, explaining there were just 2 issues found, both valid. Tablet shows a set of icons and no detailed info. Some hidden comments and photos you typically can not see in it. Later the report had 15 (!) issues listed as tenant's fault, and my signature copied below that. Issues included clear mistakes, like stating missed items for something I helped the agent to actually find.
Avoid if possible. If you still have to deal with them, demand to see everything they wrote in their tablet and preferably record a video of all interaction.

At first I did not think they were so bad. However after investigation was over we found out dh3 had missed a broken toilet and a cracked sink !! They suck hard.

The company had an awful customer service for a checkout inventory. They missed a broken shower glass and missing parts of the kitchen in the report.

We asked them to update the report, but they stop answering the calls from one of our phone numbers. When we called from a different number, they picked up immediately. But even though they promised to correct the report they never did.

We managed to negotiate a deposit reduction with our tenants without the checkout inventory.

I do not recommend the company

As a landlord, I appreciated the care and attention that went into the check-in process and all the photos supplied of the condition of my property at the beginning of the tenancy.

A year later when the tenant chose to leave, the checkout was completed with photos again to compare to the start of the tenancy photos. As the property was left immaculate with a few signs of reasonable wear and tear, the deposit could then be returned in full to the tenant.

Great service that provides protection from unscrupulous/lazy tenants that leave properties in terrible conditions and then refuse to accept responsibility. Will be using on all future tenancies.

In all honesty, I was ready to give this company a relatively good review. They replied to my emails quickly, and the service to get an inventory done was relatively cheap in comparison to other sites. However, he turned up an hour late, and when he did get there, he proceeded to break an item in my house, in which he is taking no responsibility for.
I will not be using their services again, for the next tenants, as the emails I have had since, have had no apologies in.

Horrible company with a horrible name; No Letting Go of your deposit is their aim. Great for unscrupulous landlords wanting to take advantage of broke tenants at their most vulnerable time without having to face the tenants themselves. Franchises operated by bored middle-class ladies of a certain age who haven't the slightest knowledge of cleaning or the practicalities of having to move house at a moment's notice. "How do you know whether it's been professionally cleaned" my friend asked her, "Oh you just know" was her flippant reply. Take pictures of tiny bits of mould under the taps and behind the washing machine, yet fail to mention how the rest of the house is spotless. States "Needs professional clean" (by what criteria??) and gives the landlord license to deduct a £225 deposit. Be prepared to refer it to Deposit Protection Service - they presume you won't have the time / energy / know-how but it'll get you your money back so long as you haven't contravened the tenancy agreement.

Awful experience. In our check out deductions, they wanted to take as much money as possible from us. Ex.to remove a sticker from a door. 30 pounds. Horrible, I would never work with them.

No Letting Go didn't send the inventory to the tenants to sign as promised. Later I discovered No Letting Go had appended the check in signature (which is just for the keys) to the inventory in effect forging the document. I have discussed this at length with No Letting Go's compliance person and while she concedes this was a "mistake" they have refused to refund me.
