I ordered a large bird cage. It was really good value and was a lot cheaper than other websites were selling the same cage for.
I placed my order and emailed the company the next day, just to confirm when it would be dispatched.
The company were very fast to respond and had actually dispatched it that same day!
It arrived the next day in perfect condition.

So impressed with my experience that I have placed a further order with them for parrot toy and a carry bag.

The parrot cage I bought is fantastic highly recommend and the service I received was excellent.

PLEASE Don’t buy from this guy his customer service is terrible. Bought a cage but i had to send it back as i ordered the wrong one and he originally charged me £5.99 to deliver the cage to me. when I sent it back he took £120 out of my refund and his explanation was £120 (the cost delivering the cage to you). You also have to pay to send the cage back on a pallet to him so that was £133. So I’ve paid £250 and have no cage. Shocking behaviour. Will never buy off this guy again

AVOID at all cost this company is a scam no response from seller no answer from telephone paid for delivery for a parrot cage and not item has arrived although they lie and tell you delivery is 2 to 3 days ....absolutely disgusting....

Excellent!! I have a extremely fussy parrot that I struggle to get food that he will actually eat, I emailed a few companies and got some generic emails apart from Parrot-Supplies who took the time to give me a proper answer and suggested some foods that I purchased and they arrived the next day, they also gave me some advise that seems to be working as he is eating better than he has for a long time, I really appreciate good customer service and these are the best

The best parrot toys I have ever purchased, I have been keeping Parrots and Macaws for around 25 years now and I have always struggled to find good large toys especially that suit Macaws, I have all the Parrot-Supplies range and buy one of the large 6 toy packs every few months as my birds absolutely love them, I have also recently been buying NutriBerries as the large boxes work out a lot better value than the tiny bags pet shops sell

We have just recently moved into our new house and decided to treat our African grey parrot to a brand new parrot cage / home as well, so decided to purchase the liberta endevour parrot cage from parrot supplies the service was fantastic ordered on the Sept 14th and it was delivered the very next day on the 15th, this cage is huge and very roomy for just one African Grey, overall a fantastic experience and will be recommending parrot supplies to all my fiends with parrots.

I have only recently got a parrot so I needed everything (cage, food, toys etc) I tried a few local pet shops and gave up!! so I did a bit of searching on the internet and found this place, it was a major relief to find everything I needed (a few bits I didn't think I did before) it all came really quickly and I am so happy with what I received, in future it will be the only place I use, the cage especially called a California looks really smart

Order placed 10 days ago, check out says 2/3 days delivery for £5.99.

Still no sign of package and no responses to my emails from the owner.

If they can’t honor the delivery it shouldn’t state 2-3 days. It is misleading and now I’m forced to buy additional food from another supplier as my parrots are left with no food.

Also it was a large order of food, I will be looking for a refund if the food is never delivered. Will give it another week before I contact my card issuer.

Update. Got a reply from owner saying it’s Royal mails delays… still quite disappointed for the super slow delivery. Shouldn’t be so long for food supplies.

Great accessories and cages for parrots of any size. World needs more shops like this one.

cage just arrived very nice one problem is no tray for the bottom so when he poops its goign to go on the floor not good i ve emailed them twice there no phone number really disapointed as i waited in all day my parrot was in his travel cage as i chucked is old one knowing he was having a posh new one only to find hte tray missing not good

We ordered a cage costing £170 for our Parrot online from PARROT SUPPLIES.
My husband opened the package at the weekend to make the cage up and the cage was badly damaged. We emailed PARROT SUPPLIES who responded on Monday saying all damage has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
There is NO PHONE NUMBER for this company so we emailed asking them to phone us.
They just kept sending the same email saying damage has to be reported within 24 hours.
We are now £170 out of pocket and no nice new cage for our Parrot.

Misleading prices.
Good items. We got our double cage and toys. But after ordering on several occasions I have notice quite big price jumps. One of the toy packs has gone up by £12 in quite short time. And for the price it is now, I can get better toy pack from another supplier. Will not be using anymore this seller as "sales" advertised on website are not really sales if prices continues to increase.

This is the first time I've ordered from Parrot Supplies and I am more than happy with their service. They had an issue with the website at the time of my ordering but they got in touch straight away to sort my order. They have a very good selection of bird products. I would definitely use them again.
