New parrot cage.
I was looking for a new cage for my african grey ,and decided on the Los Angeles cage in white . Im so glad i bought this cage not only is the build quality outstanding it also has three dishes of wich he cant throw in a strop. Result in itself .

FRUAD DO NOT BUY.
As I can only place one review I have been forced to use another account to place another review as that seems to be the only way the owner will reply.
I placed an order and after several weeks of trying to contact him for confirmation I left a review. He shortly responded confirming that the order had been cancelled.
Following the cancellation of the order, I have on several occasions requesting that the refund be processed. Again, the owner has not responded to any emails.
It has been a series of disappointments dealing with this company and it sad to think that there are many other people in the same boat trying to contact the owner and failing. He is essentially stealing as he is keeping money that is not his.
I will be taking the owner to court in the New Year as well as raise this fraudulent behaviour with the relevant authorities as I have given plenty of opportunities to settle the issue amicably.

I would never buy from these people again. My item was damaged inside the box and the parcel was in good condition. They would not do anything about this and tried to blame the courier. They also did not send one item as it was out of stock and failed to refund me until I asked.
I don’t find the helpful, they were rude and left me with a poor quality cage. Northern parrots are much helpful which I will continue buying from them.

Jayna, you purchased the cage on the 10th September and we dispatched it that very same day, here is the tracking information ParcelForce 48 -PBUG0794521001 so why did Parcelforce have to attempt delivery more than 6 times to your address its because you was never in to accept delivery, you don't even have to be a clever person to understand your cage went through the delivery process 6 times all because you wasn't in of course this is the reason why your cage was damaged, you as the buyer should have made the effort to be in on the first delivery attempt not the 6th,
We also asked you to send photos of the cardboard packaging so we could do a claim with the courier but you never did, if you had done this we would have offered you the chance to exchange the cage.
And in regards to the cage being poor quality you purchase the - Parrot-Supplies Arizona Open Top Parrot Cage - Black for £79.99 free delivery its a very good quality cage for such a low price that's why we sell 300+ every month and your the first person to moan about them.
In regards to your other remark about a item you claim was out of stock it is just a lie everything you ordered was delivered to your address with nothing out of stock, you are only saying this to try to make us look bad,
You see Jayna, we like to back up what we are saying with proof that's why we have published the tracking details so people can see that the damage only occurred to the cage because you didn't make the effort to be in on the first delivery attempt.

My purchase experience with Parrot Supplies
Good morning, I am on holiday at present until the 6th August, so I have made arrangements with the staff of Parrot Supplies to post the cage that I have purchased to be delivered as from that date. However, my treatment and enquiries that I made have been nothing less than excellent by the staff of Parrot supplies, if the cage that I ordered is as good as I expect that it be,I will have no hesitation in recommending Parrot Supplies to anyone considering a purchase from them. I will make a further review once I have received the cage.

Great prices and good products, but delivery was really slow. I think there was an issue with the postal system, so it may not have been entirely down to Parrot supplies, so I will definitely give them another go

If you had taken the time to read through our terms and conditions before you placed your order you would have found we don't deliver outside the United Kingdom at the moment, and in regards to your refund you will need to contact your bank because the refund was processed and we have notifications to prove this which you will have received yourself as well.

This item was not sent out to you in a damaged condition, we was trying to work with you to arrange collection of the item which we only did because you informed us that didn't drive and wasn't able to take the item yourself to a post office, our normal practice is that we would send you a returns label for you to drop the item off at you nearest post office which would cost us £8.82, but because you didn't drive we was making arrangements for collection of the item from your address which would have cost us considerably more (£46.95) which we was willing to pay to resolve the issue, things only started to go wrong when you made threats and hounded us for several days on social media, when you started your trouble causing I even made the effort to call you at 10:30pm to once again try to resolve the issue but you didn't want to, your response during the phone conversation was very childish. so we couldn't resolve any issue with you during our conversation because you acted the way you did, It wasn't even you that placed the order it was "Roseanne Orton" which we believe is your mother because your responses have been very immature and childish and was certainly not the behavior of a responsible adult.
