Do not recommend at all as bought a parrot cage from them and when assembled found the seed catchers missing.
Emailed them about it and all they said was it was checked before dispatch and was ok and we do not stock spares so please repackage and return for us to investigate, which was impossible to do as box had been recycled and the parrot was already in the cage.
All they offered was a free toy for parrot next time we shop with them which is no good to me whatsoever as I have no intention of using this company ever again.
Am still waiting for a reply to my last email and also a satisfactory outcome.
