I was unfortunate enough to have an error made by the printing company with my personalised album. After using the aftercare service on the website I received call straight away from a lovely lady called Jade. She has gone above & beyond to not only rectify the printing error but also my own. I cannot thank her enough! Absolutely amazing customer service from herself. Every company needs a Jade ☺️

Advertised as a Christmas flower jug but the size of a coffee cup! Packaging also deceiving giving the impression of a correct size flower jug but product filled the box up to quarter of the size. Amazon sell a correctly advertised family Christmas jug - go there! Customer service was disgraceful when I made my complaint to personalised - will never buy again.

Prior to ordering I contacted Customer Service as I was unsure if it was ceramic. Received a prompt friendly response from Jade confirming the bauble was ceramic. Thank you

I ordered a free text personalised silver plated certificate holder on a Thursday, I found one that I could customise myself after being let down by one I’d originally chosen off of a different site, I filled in the form for my chosen text and now on Monday I’ve just received it, so from Thursday to Monday and it’s perfect and actually a better price than the one I was originally looking at so I’m one happy customer

I accidentally ordered a glass without the personalisation, less than 2 minutes after placing the order I have been trying to cancel to reorder, the contact process is a joke, they say they take care in after sale customer service but they really don't, the phone number listed on the website is missing numbers so impossible to try and speak to anyone directly.
The item I mistakenly ordered has no personalisation on it and so can easily be resold without any issue however after a day of emailing and posting in their website at least 10 different times, as I placed the order with a fast shipping method, I was refused a refund or any actual help.
They obviously only want your money and couldn't care about the customer experience. I am extremely disappointed and upset as this was a present for my partner.

Quick to answer any queries, quick and accurate turn around of our order. quality was spot on. cant say enough good things, there should be more like this. thank you

Ordered a personalised book for my god-child’s birthday a month ago and no response from the team at all. No tracking details, no one responds to emails or follows up. Extremely disappointed. Order number is P-00117990 if they bother responding to this review.

Ordered a personalised memorial vase and had an error when processing and description was empty.

I emailed back and fourth with a really helpful lady named Kayla Whiting who responded quickly and effective. My order had been amended and will be personalised with exactly what I want.

Used this company a few times and it has never let me down good quality products and good prices. I ordered my last lot yesterday and the 10% didn't come off I sent a quick email and this morning I had a reply saying that they have refunded the 10% into my account. Brill service highly recommend

Excellent customer service from Max as I tried to decide on which silver locket to purchase. He answered my numerous emails in a professional, patient and friendly manner throughout. I was able to finish my purchase and look forward to receiving it.

Oder #000120362. This was ordered for a girls 1st birthday. Sadly was not received. I emailed 5 times and no one even bothered to respond. How bad they can't even be bothered. Take your money and that's it.

I received amazing service after my parcel went missing (Royal Mail…) Charlotte was fast in replying to my email and dealt with the problem really quickly in offering me a replacement.
