Order was late, emailed three times, no response. When it came, was outrageously wrong. There were no 'commas' used on mugs so my text didn't make sense! The glass vase had a chip in it and paint marks plus the box was torn. There was a plastic tumbler completely missing and I have yet to hear from them despite multiple chasers!!! AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE

Under the present difficult climatic conditions, ordering the item was easy and delivery was quick. Im very pleased with the item I received too "

I contacted the support line and they were very good, they advised me what to do, they emailed me to confirm they had received my details for my order, (all this within 24hrs). Very pleased with the helpline and the speed of their reply.
