First time buyer
Was really easy to find your website based on my internet search. The website is easy to use and had lots of options to choose from. I was looking for personalised glasses as my mum broke the glass I brought her a few years ago. It was very straight forward to personalise the items and I can't wait for them to arrive. They are going to make great Christmas gifts.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service! Ordered four personalised stocking within two hours received an email informing me my items where no longer in stock and I will be refunded... two weeks later I still haven't got my money back! 2 emails and 3 phone calls ( when I could get through to somebody) later and I'm still waiting!

Awful website that keeps emptying the …
Awful website that keeps emptying the basket and after five attempts I finally was able to enter my card details to be then be greeted with a message unable to process order! Not only was I faced with the annoyance of personalising 5 Christmas baubles on 5 different occasions, I now have no idea if payment was taken!
