Highly Recommend
I have been using Quattro Tech for the past four years and have always been very pleased with their service and pricing.I did however have an issue with my air conditioning which was quickly resolved.

Also they have a have a nice fleet of curtsey cars which is helpful if you leave your car with for more than a day!

Very trustworthy garage
Very trustworthy garage. After being told by our main dealer to get my DSG oil changed, we booked with Quattro Tech. Before our appointment with them a part of our automatic gearbox went. It was fixed by the main dealer. We took the car to Quattro for the oil change and I told them about the car breaking. When I got home they rang straight away and said “I’m 99% sure if they replaced that part they would have changed the oil themselves” We checked and they had. Quattro could have easily of just changed it or left it and charged me £290 and I would never of known. Thank you for being so honest. You’ve definitely got a new customer and recommend to anyone who’s ask for a reliable garage. Thanks

Really pleased with my experience
Really pleased with my experience with Quattro-Tech from start to finish.
Dan and Clare were both excellent throughout: friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and genuinely helpful, with none of the pressure you sometimes get when buying a car.
I had plenty of time to look over the Q5 properly and ask questions. On collection of the vehicle everything we agreed beforehand was taken care of, and the car was beautifully presented.
Having now spent some proper time driving the Q5, I'm absolutely delighted with it. It drives beautifully, its condition and history give me real confidence that I've bought a very good example, and Dan and Clare made the whole buying experience easy and enjoyable.
Great customer service from people who clearly know these cars and care about what they're selling. I'd happily recommend Quattro-Tech and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Five stars.

Amazing service
Amazing service. When I found my car wouldn't start, due to a suspected flat battery, I took it to Quattro-Tech, after jump starting it. They said they would try and look at it if they could. To book it in we would be waiting until august. So I was delighted when I received a call a few hours later to say they had looked at it already and could confirm that the battery needed replacing. They completed the work and I was able to collect my car at the end of the same day! Great service considering it was unplanned!!

Excellent car service repair. My 2015 VW Golf air conditioning was fixed quickly & most importantly properly, it’s blowing ice cold air again.Reception lady offered a polite & friendly service & Chris kept me updated on the extent of the repairs & arranged for a timely collection. Highly recommended.

Using Quattro-Tech Bury St Edmunds was a real pleasure. Alex was professional and explained the process of my booking prior to drop off so I was left in no doubt what was being done. The process on drop off day was simple and some three hours later I received a call to advise my car was ready for collection. Alex explained what had been done and then forwarded the report to me via email. The premises were immaculate as was the workshop and the professionalism of service was excellent.
