Been using Quattro-Tech for years. I bought my current A5 from them and they service that and my wife's Polo.
Regular servicing and MOT's on both cars always done well, and when small things like bulbs blowing or 'strange' noises coming from underneath they never hesitate to give the car a quick look to reassure that all is okay or recommend a fix.
We will certainly continue to use their servicing and when the time comes for a new/used car we will certainly look at what they can provide.

Always receive helpful feedback after each visit on the current and future likely issues and ball park costs. Makes it very helpful to plan

Excellent customer service. Was called a couple of days before my service and MOT to confirm what was needed. When I visited there was a storm. I was able to get in my car in the workshop thus avoiding getting wet and wading through the water! Everyone very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

100% recommend Alex and his team. Could not have been more helpful when an unexpected brake pad issue literally stopped my car in its tracks.

Great service received from Kelvin and the team. I had a problem with leaking coolant and suspected it was the water pump. Kelvin asked me to drop the car off on the Saturday just after I called him and they would look at it on the Monday. He quoted me for water pump and replacement cam belt and my car was ready by Tuesday afternoon. I’ve taken my car to Quattrotech a few times now and always received fantastic service. I’d definitely recommend. Thank you.

I have been taking my car to Quattro-Tech for a number of years now, and have always been really happy with the service and the quality of work. I have always got good, honest advice at a fraction of the cost of a main dealer and never had a problem with the work and always feel like I m in very safe hands. Very friendly service and Steve on the service desk was really knowledgeable and helpful too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I booked my car into the Bury St Edmunds Quattro-tech branch for a service for the first time this week and couldn’t be more impressed with the excellent service from start to finish.

Frankly I wouldn’t go anywhere else, whether buying a car (bought 1). Selling a car (sold 1) or servicing, MOT or repairs. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They clearly know what they are talking about. The service is personal and professional. It’s a rare treat to find a business this good.

Just had my car serviced at Quattro-Tech and I was really impressed with the prompt service received. My car was ready for collection within the hour with advisories discussed. My sat nav had stopped working, so diagnosed as water ingress/poor connection on the aerial. Got a new aerial in the next day, but had the incorrect connection, so completed ok the following day when correct one delivered. The kept me up to date with progress, got the work completed as soon as they could and to the budgeted price

Excellent service and friendly staff, very good prices. Have had some modifications done to my VW polo GTI Edition 25 including milltek exhaust and Maxton Full body kit.
Their work is of a very high standard and their customer service second to none. In particular the full body kit I had fitted proved problematic to fit as supplied and they went above and beyond to fix it and get it done for me.
Chris is of special mention I really felt he wanted the best for me and that’s rare. Have all my servicing done there too, can’t recommend highly enough.

When the air conditioning on my car stopped working, I took it to Quattro-Tech for diagnosis. They quickly identified a damaged condenser, explained the issue clearly, and provided a quote before carrying out the repair.

Unfortunately, the replacement part supplied to them turned out to be faulty, through no fault of their own. They immediately sourced another part and worked hard to get the repair completed by the end of the day. Although the air conditioning initially worked, a very small leak elsewhere in the system soon became apparent. Despite several visits and what must have been a hugely frustrating challenge for the technicians, they never gave up trying to find the cause.

Over the course of 4 or 5 visits, I was provided with a courtesy car whenever needed, and the team remained friendly, professional, and determined throughout. Tracking down the leak was far from straightforward, but they persisted until they finally resolved the problem completely.

What impressed me most was that they honoured the original quotation despite the additional time, effort, and repeat visits involved. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly; it's when things become difficult that a garage's true quality shows. The team at Quattro-Tech demonstrated honesty, excellent customer care, and real commitment to getting the job done properly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will happily use them again in the future.
