We recently bought a house and dealt with Kevin as the estate agent, and overall we had a very positive experience. Kevin was responsive, professional, and easily contactable throughout the process. He was always nice to deal with and made communication straightforward whenever we had questions or needed an update.

Kevin was really good and helped us get our very first house in Dublin. He was always available to answer any queries and to follow up on any documentation. He did a really great job showing us around the property and giving us the details. I admire the level of cooperation as we requested to view the house more than once to get a good picture of what we were getting. All thanks to Ray Cooke, I am very happy and grateful for the house. I can highly recommend them.

I am glad to have Abby as the first estate agent (or sales negotiator) I ever worked with for the purchase of my very first home. She was helpful and responsive to my queries and questions. The part I am most grateful for was that she was understanding of my visa delay situation and willing to wait, instead of trying to push for the closing of the sale as quickly as possible (which some dodgy agents would probably do). A shame we couldn't meet in person on closing day, but she was ready on the other end of the phone to ensure a smooth transition from the final inspection to closing.

I have recently sold my aunts house after she sadly passed away through Ray Cooke’s. The team have been fantastic all the way through from valuation and advising on the empty homes grant that this house was eligible for to the new owner. I live in England therefore every aspect of the sale was managed by the team and they kept me well informed all through the process.
The house sold very quickly and has completed without any issues at all.

I have stumbled upon several properties to rent from raycooke on daft, I have send enquiries for them — no response whatsoever. By reading experiences from other people here, I'm even not going to waste my time and trying to reach them by phone.

Better name would be ray crook. Hours and hours wasted. Nobody will answer your emails and phone calls. How could a landlord not getting this? There are flats from may still vacant.

If you are a prospective tenant, prepare yourself for absolute radio silence. After applying to hundreds of their listings, I have not received a single response not even an automated acknowledgment. Calling or reaching out feels like shouting into a void.

Property owners and landlords, take note: hiring a management company that completely ignores inquiries does a disservice to your property. Clear, professional communication should be the bare minimum for an estate agency, and Ray Cooke fails to deliver even that.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Single handedly the most unprofessional estate agent. despite numerous emails and phone calls to try and arrange viewing on any rental property these people seem either unaware or unwilling to engage with people. I would be asking serious questions if I were a landlord trusting this company to successfully rent out my property.
