Absolute joke of a company, you can call, email, apply via their website and nobody ever even cares to call you back. Same properties up for rent for months, no wonder we have housing crisis if this company doesnt even care to organise a viewing

Have to agree with all the negative comments, bought a house through these guys a while back and it was an awful experience, money , money , money is all that matters , they were also unable to control their impatient client ,so they were saying adding a heap of pressure to an already pressurized transaction ,their communication were terrible , emails popping up with urgent on them all the time. But with no regulation in this industry they can run riot and not only get away with it but get very well paid for it.
When we looked for a pre closing inspecting of the house we were basically told no one does this and other buyers are queuing up ,made sense they didn't want us to see before we got the keys as the shed that was locked up during viewing with no keys to see inside were magically there when we moved in only to find the shed full to the brim with black bags of rubbish which cost us €300 to clean out and when we complained to Ray Cooke (Clondalkin) they said it was up to us check stuff like that , how can we when they don't allow the aforementioned pre closing inspection.
big company doing very well in the market and probably hard to avoid if buying a house so all I can say is know your rights and get a good solicitor preferably one who has worked with Cooke before.
Pre-Closing inspection a buyers right so take advice from your solicitor on this.

Do yourself a favour avoid any dealings with this company if possible. Yes, its hard to get a property these days but to save any dissapointment i wouldnt entertain these jokers.
Agents are all rude young guys with bad attitudes that invite bus loads for viewings and repost the ad a few days later without any explanation. Any qeuery will be answered with short rude replies, basically why should we treat anyone with any human respect when we have busloads of people to play around with.
They post different ads on all different platforms and tell you then to only go on their website only to find none of these properties are present.
They should franchise in the circus industry, no disrespect to clowns either! But this company is a shambles.

Told me and my partner we were successful in a rental and to pay deposit and first month's rent, paid it and then told last second the property wasn't available anymore
Still haven't received our €3700 back and the listing is back up on all rental sites

When someone like Ray Cooke can force a GAA club to kick out a child minding service by hiking rent and bills, you know the kind of trash you have to deal with. Never, ever sell your house through these.

Terrible treatment received by Lisa Sinott. I’ve never experienced this before with other company agencies. Really disappointed, no more!!!

They won't give back a deposit after 6 months.
Don't give them money as they seem to be broke and need to keep kids deposits as cash flow
Danger Danger Danger for money they owe you.

We were leaving property earlier than our notice period ended but due to family emergency. Agent involved said deposit should not be impacted as the landlord is ok with it. We said if needed we will stay as long as we have to. She said no it's all ok for us to leave early. After we waited our deposit for almost a month and then realized that landlord took more then half after all because of early leave. However we weren't warned by our property manager that this will happen. If we were told depozit will be taken almost in full, we would adjust and waited out. Poor communication and total disrespect of people's hard earned money.

Jamie took the stress out of what can be a very stressful process.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Ray Cooke and In particular Jamie Power.

Well just want to thank the staff of Ray Cooke , Ross & James first time I’ve ever sold a property and it was so easy to do with the help of these lads , James kept in constant touch to keep me up to date throughout the process which I was so greatful for , I thought it was going to be stressful but wasn’t it was all straight forward
We’ll definitely use these guys again if need be and I would highly recommend them .

Firstly let me start by saying I have never sold a property through Ray Cook (and I never will) but I have been looking to buy and they had some properties I was interested in. Their sales department and sales agents have no idea what customer service means? They either don’t answer the call or if you leave a message they don’t get back to you. If you do manage to speak to an agent they don’t have the relevant information relating the property? One viewing I attended the agent assured me he would be there at 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30 he had already left the property? My advice to any seller would be to place your property with someone else.

Conor Clarke never replies to emails or phone calls although he says he will get back. Disgraceful. Called several times yesterday and today left messages all to no avail. Even though I was told I’s get a callback it doesn’t happen. One, only has one’s word, keep it

Why anyone would use Ray Cooke to sell a house is beyond me, simply try and call one of their offices, or enquire about a house you want to buy or view at the very least & the result will be the same...radio silence!! are you not supposed to drive interest, I'm considering printing this review and putting it in the post box of the houses I am interested in purchasing with my contact detail so the vendor can contact me directly, made enquiry's with other agents over the weekend and have been contacted first this Monday morning with schedule viewing

They never respond to queries about multiple rental properties. Everywhere else I applied to has, except Ray Cooke!
