Excellent experience from requesting a quote when we arrived at Split airport, to quickly being sorted out with a car at a very reasonable price, and no extra cost for second driver.

We had a puncture and had to use the spare tyre, and when we informed them we were sorted out with a replacement car in no time at all and with no quibble.

All staff were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this company.

Everything was really easy - we didn‘t need to wait long, we got the car we wanted and it was clean and in a good condition. Our flight was late, but as we gave LastMinute our flight number this wasn‘t any problem at all.

Every question was answered very friendly and we got a really good recommendation for a Pizza-Restaurant nearby as we were very hungry :) returning the car was just as easy und quick!

We hired a car in Zadar for a week and returned it to Dubrovnik. We took out the all inclusive insurance package. It was excellent value.

Unfortunately we caused some minor damage to the front wing while manoeuvring in a very narrow street. (First time in 35 years! ).

We return the car to Dubrovnik and the staff were excellent. They processed the paperwork very quickly and even gave us a tee-shirt.

Will definitely take out the full insurance package next hire.

They will try to charge you whatever made up fees. They’re rude. Their cars are in bad shape. The guy in the Dubrovnik Lapad office is an a…ole.

Drove in Croatia for 5 days. Efficient staff at pick up/drop off. Gave us a hybrid whic we didn’t expect & it was lovely, so easy to drive with all the features. Great value for money too. Highly recommend them!!

I'll be honest my trip went very good, and car rental was easy, fast and without any problems. I bought premium insurance and everything was fine.
But. After all trip girl asked last quastion, that killed everything: did I clean the car. I said, that of course not. So, she said, you have to pay €10 cleaning fee...
C'mon guys. I paid for the car almost €500, and I have to pay additional €10 cleaning fee???! It is so low level...
It looks like your company is a bums or what? I don't care about these €10, but why not include it in final price??
But if you are bums, I have few new recomendations:
If customer did not checked pressure in tyres - take €1.45 for every unchecked tyre.
If customer did not restored car computer to defaults - take €6.73 more.
Ask - if customer farted in the car - for every fart €1.32.
Girl said, that all companys do that. So I dont care about other companys - I rented the car in this company, and thats it.
That was not first time I rented car in this company, and I had no problems about that. But if company behave like a shit - I rate it also like a shit

Loquei um carro em Palermo Italia, ao chegar no aeroporto descobrir que a empresa não ficava no aeroporto e sim a 3 km dali, tinha que ligar para eles buscarem (somente telefone), meu chip não funciona na Italia so internet, fiz o maior esforço pra conseguir falar com eles, consegui. Ao chegar no local pediram 1200 euro no credito de garantia, valor alto mais ok, tenho 2 cartões blacks de bandeiras diferente, que foram negado, pq não tinha numero descrito no cartão (segurança dos cartões blacks), mesmo eu apresentando os numeros pelo app do cartão negaram, então minha esposa tinha um cartão normal com numeros, que tambem negaram porque a reserva não era dela, sugerir fazer um deposito ou passar um cartão no debito, tambem negaram. Alegaram que eu não compri a exigencias deles e por isso perdi o valor da reserva e o carro, tendo que voltar para o aeroporto e locar um veiculo na hora que e bem mais caro. (No local outras 3 familais tiveram o mesmo problema, e perderam o dinheiro), fazem exigencia que sabem que 90% não conseguiram comprir, e exigencia esta escondida nas entrelinhas de um contrato de internet de varias paginas, etica passou longe aqui. Pague mais caro em outra empresa e não caia em golpe. Empresa simplemente não vale a pena.

J’ai loué une voiture chez Avia Rent a Car (contrat 25-P6-5243, août 2025).
On m’a facturé 200 € pour une assurance “AVIA SUPREME MINI”, alors que j’avais fourni et payé avec une carte de crédit.

Les explications données par Avia ont changé à chaque mail :
• 1er mail → “l’assurance remplace le dépôt de garantie”,
• 2e mail → “elle est obligatoire car vous n’avez pas de carte de crédit” (faux, j’en ai une, preuve à l’appui),
• 3e mail → “vous l’avez choisie volontairement”,
• puis sur Facebook → “vous l’avez signée”.

Ces contradictions montrent clairement que le supplément a été imposé et non choisi librement.

J’ai fourni toutes les preuves à ma banque et au Centre Européen des Consommateurs (ECC-Net) pour contester cette facturation.

Mon conseil : soyez vigilants et lisez bien les conditions. Et si vous avez eu une expérience similaire, n’hésitez pas à saisir votre banque et l’ECC-Net.

Our flight was delayed by 30 mins and as such were late for pre booked car hire pick up in Pisa. Our booking was cancelled and put down as a no show even though we were in the airport and their office was open as I spoke to them but they refused to let us have a car, offering no compensation and meaning that we had to hire another car costing an extra £300. Very poor experience and wouldn’t go anywhere near this company again.

This was my first time renting a car abroad, and the experience couldn’t have been better! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Before handing me the car, they carried out a detailed inspection and even sent me an email with photos of any existing scratches, giving me peace of mind and confidence in the rental. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough!

Everything went smooth, we picked up the car at Zadar airport en dropped it off again there. Reasonable price, and the car was very clean. Nice Renault Clio, under 70.000 kms, never had any problems with it. Had some scratches and dents, but the lady showed all of them at the pick up. We took photos of everything, and at the drop off inspection was quick and easy. Would rent a car with them again. Mariska Simons

Efficient and friendly service. Pickup at Split airport was easy, with everything clearly explained. I booked through an agent prior to arrival, so didn't deal with the whole booking process personally. Car was as required and in good condition, had only done 2000km. We were met by the agent when returning the car, which was also dealt with politely and efficiently. Very happy, would recommend

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION AVEC LASMINUTE .COM nous avions loué une voiture en prenant les assurances prenium ,pour être tranquille grosse erreur mais faut-il encore savoir la différence entre une carte de crédit et une carte de débit car lors de notre arrivée à Majorque pour récupérer la voiture,la personne au guichet nous demande une carte de crédit. Surprise de ma part car j’ai payé ma location prenuim a lasminutes Ne pouvant pas récupérer la voiture je dois donner ma carte bleue pensant mais non ce n’est pas une carte de crédit monsieur c’est une carte de débit donc nous avons dû repayer un surplus de 400 € que l’agence de location K10 a Majorque nous annonce comme une caution,pour pouvoir récupérer notre véhicule mais qui enfin de compte est une facturation qui nous revient à 466 € au lieu de 166€ . Nous avons discuté avec plusieurs personnes qui ont réservés par lasminute et qui ont crus verser une caution mais malheureusement ont payer un supplément du double du prix déjà payer au voyagiste . Je pense que très peu de personnes en France, savent faire la différence entre une carte de crédit et une carte de débit. Pour moi c’est une arnaque entre le voyagiste et les loueurs de voitures . Et bien sure, aucune possibilité de se faire rembourser

Hired car in Spilt Airport easy finding desk staff there were so helpful great customer service I would use again and highly recommend .

Pick up and drop off at Dubrovnik Airport were effortless with no waiting. Staff was efficient and explained everything including insurances. No problems with the car (a Renault). Everything was absolutely fine, even when we changed the contract by phone (add on) after a couple of days. Highly recommended.
