8 day car rental in Croatia
We rented a car for 8 days, pickup in Split and dropoff in Zagreb Croatia. We rented through a third party. Everything went smoothly, easy pickup and drop-off, excellent well maintained car, pleasant staff who explained and reviewed everything in the contract, and excellent price. At the drop-off location the rep checked the car, completed the paperwork and organized a taxi. Everyone we dealt with spoke excellent English.

Great prices compared to other car rentals in the same area.
Our group was very happy with the cars, we rented a pair of Opel Grandland X's with lots of quality of life features like automatically breaking when fully clutched in a hill which was very appreciated in the hilly terrain of Split, Croatia.
The staff was flexible with our arrival and departure hours even though it skirted their opening hours a bit. Receiving and returning the car was quick. Staff was pleasant. Would rent again and recommend them.
Only thing that wasn't what I'm used to is that they don't have a full-full gas tank policy, so we received the car with half a tank and had to do some calculations on how many liters to add to the tank to be at around the same gas level when returning it. It would've been easier to just fill it up when done with it, but it's a minor inconvenience that doesn't detract from the 5 stars I'm giving them.

For a three week holiday in Croatie we had a Last Minute Rental car throught the Dutch ANWB services including all insurences. The price was one of the lowest and no extra costs. Fairly new medium compact Peugeot, which was good since on the narrow roads in the country side driving a larger one would be problematic. Personnel is very friendly. When we were stuck in the airport because our flight was cancelled we could immediately re-rent our car we just brought back, no hassle, all insured.

Exemplary service from start to finish
Exemplary service from start to finish. Car rental can be so fraught with difficulties but this was one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve had. Very pleasant pick up with no queue. Vehicle fine (if horrendously expensive - £1400 for a 7-seater van for two weeks - but this was much lower than others near £2000).
Return was similarly easy and staff were pleasant and helpful throughout. Cannot fault.

Amazing top-notch service
What a great company. To start with due to travel changes i had to change my orignal booking. I sent them an email and within a few minutes a new booking was sent to, with deposit transfer and no extra charging fee. We picked our car up in split and drove it to rijeka. When we returned the car the guy at the desk asked if we would like a ride to the bus stop or our accommodation. Amazing service. will defo book again with them.

Had an excellent expereince with last minute after other companies let us down. booked a car directly thru the chat on the website. the rates were better than other companies. took the car from zagreb airport and we were upgraded for free! returned the car to split and they even booked us a taxi for our onward journey. will not hesitate to use them again

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience! My husband and I just rented a Peugeot SUV for 3 weeks during our stay in Croatia and everything was great from start to finish. No hidden fees, surprise charges, or other issues whatsoever. Fast, friendly service and took less than 10 minutes both for pick up and drop off. 10/10 recommend!

Almost 1 month later and my DEPOSIT IS…
Almost 1 month later and my DEPOSIT IS STILL NOT BACK. Don’t rent you car at this company!! We did get the car with no fuel and did bring it back with full fuell no compensation. 1 month later still not my money back from the deposit!!!!

Thank you for the feedback about your experience, we appreciate it.
We must inform you that we can not influence on the period of preuthorization of the card, it is done automatically and it depends on the bank that issue the card.
If the customer uses the same card for authorization at the pick up and payment at the return the car, the deposit would be released after few working days. In case the customer pays with cash or with another card the deposit can be blocked up to 30 days.
As for the fuel, we inform the client to return the vehicle with the approximately the same fuel amount as they receive it because we do not refund the fuel difference.
We believe that nothing was done wrongly from our side.
Thank you for using our services and for expressing your opinion. We hope to meet you again so that we can provide you a better experience next time while on the road in Croatia.

Rent a car in Split airport
We hired a car ( polo ) in Split airport. We got a opel astra diesel as upgrade. Was really a very good car; I loved it.
The only minuspoint: The fueltank was halffull instead of full=full.
The rest was just fine, nice and friendly people!!

If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They give me a car with major scratches on all corners. Damage report checked in dark. Apparently minor scratch not on damage report and charge 180 Euros because police report had not been obtained. Of course there was no police report - there was no new damage. Absolute classic scammers I’m afraid. On top of this they leave keys for other car in my car and come chasing me up Croatia to rectify their mistake. Choose another company.

I rented EDMR size (VW polo or…
I rented EDMR size (VW polo or similiar) from Split and returned the car at Dubrovnik. Staff was very friendly and I got a free upgrade (Polo -> Grandland X). Price was exactly as we discussed, and I got cross border permissions at the start of rental. Only thing that they forgot to mention was that if I return the car early at Dubrovnik, where could I return the keys. I called to local office around 20.30 and they guy answering the phone was clearly off-duty (I heard kids noices at background) but he still rushed to the office to receive the car. I left decent tip to him as a thank you for your service. Overall very good, would rent again.
