The CO detector I ordered was despatched and received promptly and was ready to go out of the box. It was as displayed on the website and, if its predecessor is anything to go by, will last its advertised 10 years. A good price and a worthwhile purchase.

The smoke detectors I purchased were exactly as described, came with batteries and comprehensive instructions. They were replacements for superseded detectors and fitted the existing mounts correctly.

Replacement iPAD SPI defribrallator battery
Safelincs have been my 'go to' supplier even before I retired having bought the DoorGuard products in the past. Now retired I needed a battery for our Community Hall AED (defibrillator). Their price was good, they had stock and they were able to ship out next day. Only problem with now living in the 'Highlands & Islands', is that deliveries by courier always take a little longer, but I will use Safelincs again as they are always reliable!

The extinguisher was exactly what was required for my campervan, both in size and price. The 5 year guarantee was also welcome as a number of competitor extinguishers were only guaranteed for 12 months. Lastly, delivery was fast. Would recommend.

I have looked into your order and can see the goods left our warehouse 1st December. Since this date, the courier has advised that they are experiencing delays and have yet to deliver your parcel.
Safelincs would like to apologise on the courier’s behalf, we are always disappointed when one of our customers is let down by a 3rd party acting on behalf of Safelincs.
We would like to resend you the goods with our alternative courier and also give a full refund as a way to apologise for the issues you have experienced.

Not the review i expected to write..
But Safelincs have dropped the ball this time. Ordered door closers and spy holes valued at around £370 and received a carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm. This is usually scammer behaviour, so was surprised that they have started it.
They said it was the delivery sticker fell off their end (not my problem) but have not had any urgency in correcting it. Correct items still not dispatched two working days on.
Be careful and check your items immediately.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the genuine mix up with the parcels. It looks like you and another customer were sent the wrong parcels. This happened because the address labels were accidently mixed up. We sincerely apologise for the error and the inconvenience this has caused.
It is rare these errors occur, however when they do, we hold our hands up and rectify the issue, as quickly as possible.

Very satisfying transaction.
It was easy to identify the product I needed to order to replace an older model. The web site is easily navigated and the ordering was straight forward. My alarm arrived as promised, was easily assembled and fitted by myself. (I am almost 76 years old and female, so if I found it easy then so should everyone!) Very pleased and would recommend.
