Purchased a Heat Alarm as a direct replacement for one i already had, received it very quickly. Questioned myself after i bought the right one so rang them to check it would do the job, person on the phone assured me it was a direct replacement very helpful went round to the property and it fitted fitted like a glove2 seconds it was replaced good for another 10 years , job done, tenant happy.

Found a good smoke alarm on google. On Safelincs website a good price & quick delivery.

My mains wired smoke alarm decided to give up in the early hours of Christmas morning: bleeping every 30 secs and not the battery. Any way it should have been replaced by now. Unfortunately, the model was 10 years old and no longer manufactured, A search of the internet threw up Safelincs who had a compatible one. It was dispatched on the first working day after Christmas. It was simple to set up and attach to the existing power connector. Good price too.

I was looking for a replacement for a smoke alarm that has been discontinued. When I searched the website suggested an 'alternative product' under this was a lengthy description of how this prodect was compatable with my existing baseplates so I went ahead an ordered 2. When they arrive, they are not compatable and looking again, the 'alternative product' they suggested was just an advert for a different alarm. It wasn't actually linked to the product description which is very misleading. I asked to return the items and have been told that I have to pay the return postage - even though these were the products that safelincs suggested as an alternative. So my advice - be very careful what you click on as they suggest unrelated products.

The smoke detectors seem fine & am sure will work if the worst happens. Evri delivered them to no 4 next door but I retrieved them OK.

I have nothing but praise about this company I have been using their products for a while.and they certainly give a great service and deliver, and always have been no problems with any products.

Watched the video on how to replace my faulty smoke alarm (chirping even after battery was replaced). The replacement alarm was a good price and it arrived soon after ordering. Replacement was very easy, and I am very pleased. All working now!

I presume the smoke detector company that originally supplied these mass produced mains wired smoke dectectors has gone out of business but thankfully Safelincs have produced a replacement head the fits seamlessly onto the original base.

Haven’t received the item. They elected Evri who allegedly attempted 3 deliveries. I’ve emailed Evri & Safelincs and have heard from neither. I’ll be raising a claim under small claims court

The parcel went missing but customer services or the real person that answered the phone could not have been more helpful. She sorted the problem out swiftly and effectively.

Clear and swift communication. Product delivered on time and exactly as described on website, so could use the fixing plate of outdated smoke alarm with the new one. Great service.

I wanted a smoke alarm identical to our existing one so I could use the same mounting bracket, as I am disabled and would not currently be able to install a new one. I was happy to find to find the same model despite the 10 year gap since we purchased the original! I was a little unsure of Safelincs as I had not heard of them before and my instinct was to buy from a mega corporation instead, but I decided not to and I am really happy with my decision. The order process was simple on the safelincs website and there were some nice little offers available if I were to purchase additional items. I got an invoice by email instantly and the item was delivered by courier the next day, despite selecting the free delivery option and expecting it 5 or so days later. I am confident I have received a genuine product and am very happy with the low price. I have attached the alarm and all seems to be working perfectly. I would like to thank the company and staff for an exceptional service, it means a lot that the safety of my home has been upheld without too much effort or cost. I will certainly return as a customer when I need to and recommend to others

The servcie recived from Safelincs was good. The service received from Evri was extremlly poor. The package which cost over £100 was left on the next street, in a bush in someones garden. The Evri delivery person even sent this picture as proof of delivery dispite me stating thet we are a 24 hour busness and to ring the door bell.
In my opinion STOP USING EVRI.

Excellent product fits old base plate perfectly easily fitted and quick deliver

The CO detector I ordered was despatched and received promptly and was ready to go out of the box. It was as displayed on the website and, if its predecessor is anything to go by, will last its advertised 10 years. A good price and a worthwhile purchase.
