Looking for a replacement for my smoke alarms that had come to the end of their marked service life I found they were obsolete. Fortunately Safelincs came up with a replacement model that was easy to fit without technical knowledge. They came in a few days and as promised were easy to fit. Now all three installed in linked system and doing the job thanks👍

The ordering process and deliver time was impressive and the product was the cheapest I could find (by a couple of pounds). I would have given 5 stars if the defib pads arrived in packaging Arriving without a pouch gives the impression it might not be new.

Arrived very quickly and a fraction of the cost of amazon

I contacted Safelincs by email on 29th June. I received a response promptly with suggestions as to why my 10 year battery started to run down after 4 years. Customer services exchanged further emails 1st July and is arranging a replacement unit. Much appreciated.

Everything came as ordered, quickly and as described

Straight forward ordering and very competative price.

Good solid box with plenty of space for storage. Box bigger than needed - site specified ‘large’ but actual size details weren’t stated (or couldn’t see them). Not an issue but would have been good to easily see size - and other sized boxes if available.

Excellent pre-sales with my query about replacements. Super fast delivery, and the alarms just clipped on and worked...

One of the Firehawk smoke detectors with a life of 10 years in our property recently showed a low battery after 6 years of use. A quick email to Safelincs resulted in a replacement getting to me within a couple of days and everything back up and running minus the beeping! A refreshing response from efficient and friendly staff.

Item not dispatched because items not in stock. This was not clear on website and I was not advised of delayed delivery time.

Purchased Fireangel kit from Safelincs a few years ago, had a battery issue with one of my smoke detectors and contacted Safelincs for advice, from the second i contacted Stephanie @ Safelincs i was in good hands, very quick response and attention to my issue, only took an email with some info regarding the smoke detector and within a few days a replacement unit was delivered, no hastle, no fuss - 100% professionally dealt with - absolute pleasure - great company and fantastic employees, very glad i dealt with them to begin with - thank you.

Excellent service, competitive pricing and sorted out my issue immedaitely.

Damaged alarm arrived but this was swiftly replaced without question.

Ordered fairly standard products on the 5th of May with next day delivery and showing in stock, phoned on the 8th to query where they were to be told the stock was expected that day and would be dispatched that day or the Monday. Called the Tuesday as no sign of a parcel, only to be told the expected re-stock date was the 19th, phoned the 20th, only to be told it's the 27th. Zero updates, zero accountability.

Updated my review and rating, as I did receive the items after posting a review, but the overall experience was poor.

We have placed an order on 01/05/26 but unfortunately we have still yet to receive the product. We have not received any information other than the initial order reference, no tracking information has been sent, and email queries are unanswered.
I had to give it one star just to write a review.
