The Safelinks product and service were good, however they use Evri as a courier who are unreliable and provide an abysmal customer service. My package was delivered to a different address on a different street and the only reason I got it was due to the kindness of the occupant of the address it was erroneously delivered to.

Inherited a wired fire alarm system on house purchase years ago and the back-up batteries have gradually needed replacing. Happened to look at the base plate and discovered that they were now 13 years old and should have been replaced after 10 years. Didn't fancy rewiring the house or having to fit a new type of alarm, then have to repaint the ceiling, but discovered these from Safelincs. A replacement that looks a little different, but fits the base plate and connectors perfectly. Three bought and fitted in about 15 minutes with no drilling or wiring needed. Brilliant!

The smoke alarm needed was easily identified on the website and the alarms were delivered promptly as ordered. A wealth of knowledge and backup information is on the Safelincs website including reminder facilities which gives confidence going forward. A much needed exercise completed far more simply than expected.

Website easy to use and explained compatibility of the smoke detector I wanted to replace an old one. Delivery as stated. Came with backup battery which I wasn’t expecting so even better.

Safelincs took away the hassle of replacing old smoke and heat alarms, with compatible units that required no base plate fitting. I had one of each to replace, and other than one of the connections being more difficult to make firm, both were easy to fit.

Excellent service and quality items.

Quick dispatch of smoke/heat alarms. Noted heat alarm is 3years old since manufacture, smoke alarms were 2025. Although warranty starts from installing the heat alarm, battery isn't covered by the warranty unlike the smoke alarms which are covered for 5 years. Low Rating to reflect product issues.

Great product and fast shipping but they use Evri which delivered it to a random house in my close instead of to mine.

Edit. I bought a CO monitor to replace mine that had expired. The website was helpful and easy to order from, informative which is helpful as I don't know anything about CO monitors I just bought the same brand and type as I had before.

However. My comment about shipping stands. Evri is notorious for poor delivery and companies that continue to use it need to know. I won't need another CO monitor until 2036 so I hope this is resolved by then.

Straight forward buying experience.
No issues with the delivery so I didn't need to find out how good customer service was.

Safelincs has a good range and the website explains things well. I went for the P50 Water Mist, which seemed sensible for a domestic property. Also a fire blanket for the kitchen. The site said the P50 was on back order and would take a few weeks to deliver, but everything actually came in 2 days, which was a pleasant surprise.

Good products delivered quickly and clear website

This is the second time I've bought from Safelincs. the first time, I used the Chat function and got good advice. This time, I knew what I wanted. Choice was reasonable (though one model I was interested in and would have bought there - I got it eventually from amazon.co.uk - wasn't listed on the site). Delivery was quick. Prices are competitive.
