I ordered some items about 3 weeks ago and to this date nothing received . Have taken my money and no response from them
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Two weeks since ordering 'in stock' items and still no confirmation of despatch even. No phone number, no response to emails, and their website has been down for scheduled maintenance for 2 days! Fortunately I paid with paypal.

I ordered on the 4th of September. Sadly, like many others I have not received my order. I sent a number of emails since with no avail. Their website apparently is under “maintenance” or “ the administrator has blocked your IP from accessing this website”. Their Instagram page no longer exists and they have turned off comments on their Facebook page.
I have escalated this to PayPal and I recommend that others do the same without waiting any longer. The company is probably no longer trading, and the sooner you can apply to get a refund either through PayPal or your bank, the better.
UPDATE: I have now successfully received a full refund via PayPal.

I wish I would of read reviews aswell I ordered 2 items and haven't received any of them I emailed them and did a response first time but not the second I used PayPal so should get money back I'm glad it was only £6 I've seen lots of people have paid alot I hope you get your money back there should be something done about people like them who keep changing companies to scam people should bring in a law its disgraceful

Zero stars. Ditto the other reviews. Order placed 2nd Sept, no sign of goods. No communication only automated emails, no facility to leave a phone message. Escalating to PayPal now as I've allowed them almost 3 weeks to deliver. AVOID

I ordered a delivery on the 28th of August which didn't arrive. Emailed and emailed with no response. I've even tried calling them, no response. I've requested refund after refund and I'm being ignored. Obviously a bunch of fraudsters! Going to have to go through my card provider to get my money back. Avoid at all costs! Obviously a scam company!

I ordered and paid for something on 23rd August and a month later I have not received the item not had any indication of its having been sent or a delivery date. I've only had an automated reply to my email and have had to ask for PayPal's help to try to obtain either the item or my money back. This appears from the evidence of other reviews to be a common complaint. My advice would be to leave this company alone and go elsewhere.

SAME! No reply to emails. No delivery! Do not use!

Awful. Placed order 5th Aug, nearly 7weeks layer never received goods. Email and phoned no answer. Fortunately I ordered through PayPal so was able to get full refund. Such a shame as website makes out like it’s a family run business so thought it would be good to order from.

my order. Sent a number of emails since but not even a single email reply. Telephone is never answered, goes to answer machine, but can't leave a message. Now opened PayPal despute to try and get my money back. Website apparently under 'maintenance'. Instagram page no longer exists either. Shameful! Fraudsters! Money robbing scums! Avoid!

Placed order on the 4th September guess what still waiting on the order to arrive. Opened a case with PayPal and surprise surprise they replied saying it would be dispatched still has been dispatched or anything. Avoid at all costs. Wish I had of read these reviews first. Lesson learned!!!

Another victim here I’m afraid, purchased 6 September, but no contact since. Paid through bank so have to wait 30 days before chargeback can be implemented, or if these go into administration, then apply chargeback

Used them and found things okay albeit rather sluggish on despatching order. Tried them a second time... Rubbish. Order placed 5 September. Still not been despatched. No reply when I've tried phoning. No opportunity to leave message. Website is conveniently down too. Clearly rotten to the core. Have given benefit of the doubt: could be Covid, but I don't think that is the case. Quite simply thoroughly dodgy and to be avoided like the plague.

Oh my dear god. Ive just read all the reviews now. I am in the same situation! Took the money and no response! I am going through my bank now! Thieves! I emailed them twice, two weeks of waiting to despatch the items! Ridiculous. Will taking it further, looks like theyve closed the company and just left with all our money
UPDATE -
They email service showing as not existing anymore. Ive contacted trading standards for a scam theyve been doing for months and they said its 100% illegal what they do as of theyre not trading anymore they shouldnt take the orders, but they do for months.

THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL CON DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

On the 8th September I ordered £53 worth of stuff. The money left my account immediately but I am yet to receive anything from them. I have emailed, used the contact page and rang numerous times but get no answer.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all times - they do not ship your goods. then they apologise and promise to send - they are con men. Please do not buy from them - you will just be making thief's richer

What a bunch of crooks, taken my money and nothing! Won’t answer calls/emails and no items. Avoid and buy somewhere else.

WOW!!!! Just WOW.
I placed an order of £220 on August 8 still not received order Sep 21 !!!
They have now disconnected their website AND PHONE NUMBER!!!!

Total sham of a company !!!!!

Ordered items on 30th August, still no joy on 21st September. As a small business I simply can't afford this kind of loss. I've asked for a refund but I doubt I'll get it judging by other reviews on here.
