Made an order on 29Aug. It did not arrive. Chased up the company on 15Sept. in an automatic response, was told they'd be in touch but heard nothing from them. Tried to go online and website has disappeared. All very bad vibes. Have gone through Paypal very successfully to resolve this but please avoid this company. Lots and lots of people are having the same problem.

AVOID - Took my money, item never arrived, no response to emails or calls. 99% sure they have closed or gone bust.

Does this company really exist? I paid £483.36 for lamp oil on 17th August but I still haven't received the delivery and no explanations given for the delay. I sent them an email inquiring about my delivery but received no reply. I went to their website and was told the site was offline. I have sent them a second email asking for a refund.

Please do not use this company.I placed an order with them 23 days ago and I still haven't received my items.I emailed them twice to find out what was happening after waiting 2 weeks and they said they they would send it out to me asap.I still don't have it 9 days later.I then emailed asking for a refund and I have had no response.I tried calling them and they don't answer their phone and you are unable to leave a message.AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!

SCAM! Do not use this company, you will never get your order and you will lose your money! I have tried several times to get my order from 20th August or my money back, and now it says they are off line for maintenance!

Just This company is definitely a scam took 3 weeks for my order to come and it was the wrong one they sent out 1 month later and still nothing there website is down saying currently of line and phone number so definitely avoid.

This Company is a scam. The thieves did not answer the phone. I got an automatic reply to my complaint to give them 48 hours to respond, but another 5 days passed and nothing. In total, more than 2 weeks have passed since the order was paid. Do not use it! I placed an order and I didn't receive it. No reply to emails and phone. I lost my money :( . Very DISAPPOINTED!

Scam. Like other reviewers, I placed an order in late August 2022 but it has not yet arrived as of late September. Payment was taken from my account. No reply to emails or calls.

Same as the others- I thought my order was just very late, clearly it’s not coming!

Ordered two items from this company 3 weeks later they have still not been delivered. Emailed no reply... Reading the reviews I'm one of many that this has happened too.. daylight robbery.

Awful customer service

I ordered on 22nd august. No delivery made. One email response advising staff shortages and that the order would be marked as a priority. Still no order. Nobody answers the phones. Emails not being answered and now the website is closed for ?
UPDATE - I did place an order previous to this one and all was ok, received the items. But the second one not so lucky. I paid using my debit card. Who do I contact to try to claim my money back?

Same as all the others - order 29/8 not received. Had apologising email from "Jaymie" on 7/9 promising to expedite, but nothing. Telephone and website now shutdown, I have reported this business to Action Fraud Team, on-line police service. Suggest others do the same.

I too ordered an item on the 2nd of September 2022 which has still not arrived. I have emailed and phoned, I received a response to my first email but not the second one, and have still not received confirmation that my item is being sent. Really poor customer service.

Ordered 3 doormats on 1st September. Emailed on 7th September and received an email from Jaymie apologising and saying they would prioritise delivery to me. Still not received the order over 3 weeks later and are no longer responding to emails or answering calls. Wish I’d read reviews. I’ve started a claim against them.

I ordered an item from this company -Order #1986126] (30th August 2022) which was over 3 weeks ago and have still not received it. I bought a flask for hot drinks to reduce costs from boiling
the kettle. I have just sent an email to the company requesting a refund.

Item never came. Emailed 3 times and was ignored.

I ordered some Fruit Tree Sleeves on the 4 August. I did not receive them but my credit card was debited on the 4 August. I emailed to say I no longer required them twice to please cancel my order. Still the order arrived on the 9 September with the return label torn off! I have emailed several time and have had no reply. I tried telephoning but no-one answered and a messaging service was not available. Wouldn't ever order from this company again.
