They don't pay their bills

Worked as Snowboard Instructor for SkiBro. Outstanding payment for lessons provided in March 2025. After the last email in May 2025 where I have been asked to be patient as the payment will arrive there has been no contact. They do not reply to phone or emails. Very dishonest.

NEVER BEEN PAYED

I worked with their platform but never received payment. I've been waiting for payment since February 2024 - it's October 2025 and the company still hasn't paid the amount due. This is both outrageous and ridiculous. Ski Bro continues to claim that due to financial difficulties, they aren't paying the instructors because the government hasn't provided the required funds. The clients I've taught have all paid for my hours on the platform. They deserve nothing but bankruptcy.

Wir warten seit Februar 2025 auf eine Zahlung von SkiBro für eine vollständig erbrachte Dienstleistung. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme und einem schriftlichen Zahlungsversprechen wurde der Betrag bis heute nicht überwiesen.
Ein Inkassoversuch blieb bisher ohne Erfolg, da das Unternehmen seinen Sitz in Großbritannien hat. Eine Klage müsste dort eingebracht werden – ein aufwändiger und teurer Weg.
Wir raten Geschäftspartnern dringend zur Vorsicht im Umgang mit SkiBro.
Auch Kundinnen und Kunden möchten wir darauf aufmerksam machen, dass es bei einem Anbieter, der gegenüber Partnern seinen vertraglichen Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommt, grundsätzlich zu Problemen im Service oder Ablauf kommen kann.
Sollte jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben: Wir suchen den Austausch für eine mögliche gemeinsame rechtliche Vorgehensweise. Bitte meldet euch gerne.
Wir fordern SkiBro hiermit nachdrücklich auf, die offene Rechnung unverzüglich zu begleichen!!!

We have been waiting since February 2025 for payment from SkiBro for a service that was fully and properly delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups and a written promise to pay, no payment has been made to date.
A debt collection attempt has been unsuccessful, as the company is based in the UK. Legal action would require a lawsuit filed in the UK – a time-consuming and costly process.
We strongly advise other service providers to exercise caution when working with SkiBro.
We also want to alert potential customers that when a company fails to meet its contractual obligations with partners, it may also result in service disruptions or reliability issues for end users.
If you’ve had similar experiences: we are looking to connect with others for a possible joint legal action. Please get in touch.

We hereby strongly urge SkiBro to settle the outstanding invoice without further delay!!!

Skibro zahlt nicht – Inkassoverfahren läuft bereits
Feb. 2025 • Geschäftlich
Wir warten seit Februar 2025 auf eine ausstehende Zahlung in Höhe von 1.104 € für bereits erbrachte Leistungen. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme und wiederholter Aufforderung hat Skibro bis heute nicht bezahlt.

Mittlerweile mussten wir ein Inkassoverfahren einleiten, da keinerlei Reaktion oder Bereitschaft zur Klärung seitens Skibro erfolgte. Als Skischule, die pünktlich und zuverlässig arbeitet, ist es nicht tragbar, wochen- oder monatelang auf Zahlungen zu warten.

Skibro stellt sich nach außen professionell dar, aber Partner wie wir bleiben auf ihren Kosten sitzen. Solange sich an dieser Praxis nichts ändert, können wir leider nur dringend davon abraten, mit Skibro zusammenzuarbeiten – weder als Kunde noch als Anbieter.

Great concept - poor service

Although the website is not entirely intuitive to navigate, there's a decent pool of potential instructors to select from, varying in levels and prices. It's not immediately clear when you're booking a private session for just 1 or 2 people or if the instructor is reserving a spot just for you or for others too. Last thing you want is to turn up on the day thinking you have a private session and 5 other people show up - then you're not exactly getting what you pay for. So, it's important you speak to the instructor.
However, when I booked, the instructor didn't respond for 2 or 3 days, and when they finally did respond and I booked, I received an email confirming the booking was received... but... the email didn't actually confirm the booking itself - very confusing.
Eventually, I turned up at the resort and tried to confirm with SkiBro but I received no response whatsoever, so I was left on the slopes with no instructor.
Eventually I received a response saying they were still waiting on 'Prime Ski' to confirm the booking, that's all, no other information. Meantime, it really screwed my ski trip!

Un service au top

J'ai utilisé la plate-forme Skibro pour réserver un cours collectif aux Arcs en février et tout a été fluide et simple. Tellement agréable de ne pas avoir à faire la queue à l'école de ski pour réserver ! Et d'être sur d'avoir une réservation !

No response from SkiBro 5…

I made an online booking with SkiBro 5 days ago but the ski instructor has sent messages to our email to say that he is unable to get confirmation from SkiBro about the booking or payment. I have messaged SkiBro by email and via the website several times and not received any response for 3 days. I am unable to log-in to the online account. I hope SkiBro can respond asap today.

Skibro lessons cancelled ... refund received but still inconvenient

I fly out to Les Gets on Saturday and I have just had all my lessons cancelled because apparently Skibro cannot pay the lesson provider promptly. According to the lesson provider they have not been paid by Skibro for any lesson for the last two weeks, but only just informed the provider today of their financial issues.

I have now heard back from Skibro and received a refund.

Worth every penny!!

Margherita was great, very helpful in getting the movements down and by the end I was making it down the slope by myself, highly recommend!!

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company, booked a ski lesson for my stepdaughter and I and they cancelled 3 days before the booking meaning I was unable to book another lesson! Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

Awesome ski instructor

Yann has been genuinely brilliant this week. He was so patient and kind. Yann is great company in general and incredibly skilled on the slopes. He tailored his lessons to suit my skill level perfectly. We worked on improving parallel turns, speed and confidence! I would not hesitate to book lessons with Yann again. Thank you so much!
