The website continuously changed my confirmed reservation date without any prompting on my part. That was frustrating and caused me credit card issues. Charlie at SkiBro was very helpful in resolving this issue that was created by the SkiBro website.

Easy to book but couldn’t access the discount hire.

Easy initial booking with fast response from both skibro and private instructor. We booked a couple of months in advance so waiting to actually go away, hopefully booking will go ahead with no problems but service so far as been very good.

Was quick to book however ski instructor was not at the designated location so we missed half an of the lesson. To be fair when I contacted skibro via facebook messenger, they respinded quickly and ramg me and then rang the company to sort it out. Very friendly and apologetoc. So 4 stars for skibro's quick response.
However, i wonder about the cost. When we found the instructor the lady at the ticket office asked us to pay 148 euros. I said i had already paid. My question is I paid almost just over £200.00 for the lesson which seems a big markup. I think I would probably try direct first next time as there were lots of counters for the ski schools. I booked last minute though so possible thus is why I paid a premium.

I wanted to book my daughter into snowboard lessons and they were full for the dates I wanted and when I emailed to be put on a cancellation list, they were so helpful and also created another space for my daughter to be added. Big shout out to Tory who made it happen and with very friendly emails.

Very simple, very easy to use site and when I contacted for some assistance, Minty was excellent. Quick to respond.

Tory was very helpful. It was unfortunate that due to unforseen circumstances our booking had to be changed last minute and we could no longer get what we wanted but Tory did her best to get a replacement as best she could.
