Fiber and gut issues
Good information on pod cast on what to eat to get your body working properly, very clear understanding of how we feel,
Brilliant variety of fibers both good and bad fibers, information given that I didn't know, which is more clearer now.
I've been a member for a few years and lost 3.5 stone.
Thought I could do it on my own put just half stone back on but I'm nearly back up to my 3 stone loss,

Slimming World with Eloise WSM
I attend @Slimming World with Eloise in Weston super Mare on a Tuesday night at 7pm, as a guy I don’t feel out of place and definitely fully included in group.
The group is inspirational led by Eloise who knows her stuff about the plan and gives 100% support to everyone. I’ve been attending now for a few years losing now over 5 stone as well all the great food ideas we discuss, motivation talks from Eloise to keep us thinking, the friendships I’ve made are for life. Losing weight has its ups and downs it’s never easy but we are definitely a no judgement group just there for each other. We also have the best taster nights in Weston super Mare probably SW 😉 Weston’s number 1 group I’ve tried the rest now at the best!

Slimming World with Bexie.
I joined Slimming World with Bexie in June 2025 and have now lost 5st 2lbs. It’s a lovely group, I go to the Monday 10.30am group in Netherton. Bexie and all the members are so welcoming and encouraging. I was nervous about joining but contacted Bexie to ask if I could bring my Hearing Dog to group as I’m profoundly deaf. I didn’t need to worry as everyone welcomed us as soon as we walked through the doors. My eating habits have changed and my confidence is returning. If you’re thinking of joining a group, I can recommend it and know it works.

My group is great, very supportive and fun. Our consultant Eloise is very knowledgeable and always helps with ideas and answers. The SW diet really works and you never need to be hungry. Thoroughly recommend Slimming World.

Eloise is a pillar of support at my 9.30 Monday class. I lost just over 2 stone over 13 months and have kept it off and it has quite honestly changed my life. Everything has been better since I lost weight and it has then trickled into other areas of my life. I have just got back from holiday and felt amazing

Fantastic group. Our consultant is great. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Slimming world is a great experience. Someone always available to help you. Never belittling you in any way. Always building you up,even if you have a bad week. They keep you motivated. You will also meet some very new and dear friends. You need to give it a go if you're sitting on the fence.

Slimming World works... But you have to do it!
I've had periods of triumph and sustained losses, and moments that are less good, but that has always been down to me.
I go to Eloise at 9.30 on a monday morning at Our Lady of Lourdes church Hall in Weston-super-mare.
Eloise is brilliant - so caring, so helpful and full of ideas to keep you on track. And the group are great. So much love and support. You walk through the door, and you belong!

I went to group and had Eloise as my consultant , she is absolutely fabulous and there for everyone every step of the way.
