I cannot comprehend why a driver would drive an extra 1.5 miles for a journey as all that does is ensure no tip is given. Unfortunately this seems to be a recurring theme so will not be using again

I received a phone call on Monday 4th December from Streamline in Kirkwall, to say that they had a parcel of meat for me and what did I want them to do with it? I asked them to send the parcel to the outer isles depot. I was told the parcel had arrived on Friday 1st December and too late to be sent to JBT so had remained in their warehouse all weekend. I asked why it had not been kept in refrigerated conditions and was told they do not have that facility. I eventually received a parcel of stinking out of date meat on 6th December. Had someone thought to have taken the parcel to JBT over the weekend I would have received the parcel on 4th December and may have been able to salvage some of the contents.
The parcel was a surprise present from my friend in Cornwall. Sadly her nice kind thoughts were ruined.

Easily organised an on line payment…
Easily organised an on line payment whilst waiting on taxi as I had no cash on me , having gotten to the hospital in ambulance with my client who was then kept in overnight ! Taxi clean comfortable and only took 5 mins to get there and sent a text to let me know ! Driver polite and helpful ! Will be using these taxis again ! Ps the price was good too
